    My Blazer has been in the shop numerous times for various repairs, including the catalytic converter, transfer case, oil leaks, passenger seat handle, driver side lumber, third brake light, roof rack, rear window molding, tire rack, and inside paneling. Despite these issues, I have taken it to the dealer for further repairs, including a non-functioning driver side window and a loud thump from the right wheel well. It is disappointing to have experienced these problems with a vehicle that has only 17,000 miles on it.

    Before purchasing a car from the year 2000 or surrounding years, it is important to do your research. Unfortunately, my experience with this type of car has been less than ideal. Despite performing all scheduled maintenance, I have encountered numerous issues, such as cheap alloy causing the recliner levels to snap off, oil cooler lines going bad every 14k miles, door hinges coming off after 130k, clogged heater cores, and problems with ball bearings and joints, as well as differentials. These repairs have cost me an extra $100 per month every year, which has been a financial burden. I would recommend researching this type of car thoroughly before making a purchase. Personally, I will not be purchasing another GM vehicle in the future.

    I bought this wagon in August 2000 and unfortunately experienced water in the vehicle after the first rainstorm. The dealer mentioned that this was a common issue, but as a customer who paid $30,000 for a vehicle, I was not satisfied with excuses. Additionally, shortly after driving 3,000 miles, I noticed a noise coming from the front right passenger seat area. Despite the dealer's assurance that there was no problem, I took it to another dealer who discovered that the heater box was broken. Although they fixed it, the repair only lasted about three months. At 12,000 miles, the steering shaft had to be replaced due to a terrible noise that sounded like it was going to shear off. Lastly, the wagon rode like a pick-up truck with a plow package. I hope this feedback helps improve the quality of your vehicles in the future.

Not only is it stylish, but it also has plenty of pep. Whenever I go anywhere, my friends always want to take my Blazer for a spin. While I have had some problems, it's to be expected with a 9 year old SUV. Overall, I'm really happy with my Blazer!

    I researched every truck made before I bought mine. Despite reading a lot of bad reviews on Blazers and mostly good ones for foreign trucks, I've driven them all. However, this 2000 ZR2 (not a pickup) is definitely the all-around best truck I've ever had. First, for an SUV, it gets great gas mileage. Second, it's just about as powerful as the Durango I had, which is also good, but since I drive 50,000 miles a year, I needed better gas mileage. It's even faster than the Durango. It is by far the most agile and absolutely the best handling truck I've ever driven, including the Jeep GC. I also carry upwards of 800 lbs. on the worst roads in the country (NJ), and the suspension remains perfect.

    The vehicle is very well insulated. The interior elements have a great contrast in color, patterns, and fabrics, which is even better than the redesigned version for 2003, which was too monotone. As for the exterior, the rear wheels are pulled in too far in the wheel wells, while the front ones are almost flush with the outside fender, making it look weak in the rear. The shape is narrow, but it could benefit from a more rounded design. It's worth noting that trucks are usually squared, and the Cherokee Classics have kept the same exterior for decades and yet continue to sell. In conclusion, taking care of your vehicle and doing regular maintenance will keep it in good condition. If any parts break or need replacing, it's best to complain to the dealer rather than the parts themselves.
