I have owned three Frontiers, but unfortunately, I have experienced a number of issues with them. Despite my disappointment, I am confident in my decision to trade in my current Frontier and will be exploring other options in the future.

Hi there! I wanted to share my experience with my Nissan Frontier XE. It's a no-frills truck, but I have to say, I'm really happy with my purchase. I did a lot of research and looked at every truck in its class, and for the money, I truly believe it's the best option out there. It handles really well, has decent power, and looks great too!

Hey there! Congrats on getting your first truck! I just wanted to let you know that if you're ever in the market for a new one, Nissan trucks are definitely worth checking out.

I upgraded from a 2000 to a 2002 Frontier, but unfortunately, it has not been a smooth experience. The front end squeaks due to a poor bumper design, which has required two trips to the dealer. Additionally, there were issues with mismatched decals and condensation in the bedlamp, which also required two trips to the dealer. The most concerning issue was the continual loss of coolant, which required three trips to the dealer. Eventually, they decided to replace the head gaskets. At this point, I am considering getting my old vehicle back, if it is still available.

I will never purchase another Nissan again. I had reliability issues with the first Frontier that I had, a 2000 and was offered a

My pickup was incredibly reliable, which is typical of Nissan. This was my second Nissan, and I never had a problem with either. After over three years, I have not had to have any repairs done to my Frontier whatsoever. I'm thinking of trading it in for a Titan only because I want more space.

This truck has been amazing to drive. In just four short months, I grew to love it and the freedom it provided to haul things around. Unfortunately, last weekend, I ran off the road in the rain and crashed head-on into a large tree. My truck sacrificed itself for me! The police officer said I probably would have been killed, or certainly seriously injured, were it not for the airbag and seat belt. Thanks to them, I only had a few bruises. Although the truck was totaled, I was so impressed by its performance while I owned it and in this worst of circumstances, that I'm buying another one!

Great looks, good towing capacity and cargo room. This truck rides better than most, but its acceleration is not the best. Still, the truck is very fun to drive. Gas mileage is a little disappointing, but not the worst in its class. So far, I'm very happy and I would buy a Nissan again.

I've been accidentally owning Nissan mini-trucks since 1984. At that time, Toyota seemed too stuck-up. After comparing the two trucks, I found that Nissan had the better truck on paper, and since they were willing to deal, I had that truck for 12 years and 188k miles without ever changing a clutch. This is now my third one, and I've put 51k miles on it. I recently put new tires on it (I got 88k miles on the first set of truck tires). I've had nothing wrong with this truck other than what my son or I have done to it (like a bent back bumper or my son's Battle Bot hurling a 10lb. aluminum box 100' into my truck, blowing out my window and leaving a nasty gash, but all fixed now). So, if you want something dependable, you cannot go wrong with Nissan.

I bought my truck brand new for around $13,000. The only upgrade it has is the color keyed body moldings. Although I had to do some minor repair work before 18,000 miles, such as fixing a squeaking front bumper and replacing the 3 belts in the 4-banger due to squeaking, it has been rock solid ever since. It may take some time to get used to the look of the 'rubbermaid' front end, but a simple grill insert can improve the looks and protect the radiator. I use it to commute to work, which is only 2.2 miles away, and it averages 23MPG without the AC. On the highway, I have gotten as high as 28MPG. It has great fuel economy in town, even compared to some mid-sized sedans, and it's perfect for hauling large items like a sheet of plywood that wouldn't fit in a sedan.
