I HAVE ALSO READ THAT SOMETIMES THE LOCK ACTUATORS WILL HAVE TO BE REPLACED MORE THAN ONCE, THIS IS A COMMON DESIGN FLAW FOR MY CAR AS WELL AS OTHER LEXUS VEHICLES. - Summary: Toyota is recalling certain model year 2012 and 2013 Toyota Tacoma and Lexus RX350 vehicles and certain model year 2012 Toyota Rav4 vehicles. In the affected vehicles, the brake system contains a brake actuator that adjusts the fluid pressure of each wheel cylinder. An electrical component within the actuator may experience an increased resistance resulting in the illumination of various warning lights, including those for the Vehicle Stability Control (VSC) system, Antilock Brake System (ABS), and Traction Control system.
- Consequence: If this occurs, these systems could become inoperative, reducing the directional control assistance, increasing the risk of a crash.
- Remedy: Toyota will notify owners, and Toyota and Lexus dealers will update the software for the Skid Control electronic control unit, free of charge. The recall began on March 28, 2014. Owners may contact Toyota at 1-800-331-4331.

Prior to this, I had a Rav4 (V4) and used to average 10.8L/100km. In the RX, I average 11.5L/100km, which is impressive. Additionally, I found it to be roomier than the Q5 and GLK. Although it cost more than its German competitors, it was definitely worth it. I really enjoy driving this car and if Lexus continues to maintain their high standards, I can see myself purchasing another one in four years. I chose the Starlight Black Mica colour (which glows in the sun) with the saddle tan interior, and I am loving this combination. The LEDs and new corporate grill make this car look much sportier than before.

I hope you're doing well. I wanted to share a story with you about a recent experience I had. I was driving through an intersection on a green light when another car ran a red light and hit us on the passenger side. My daughter was in the car with me and was on her phone at the time, so she didn't see it coming. It was a scary experience, but thankfully we both made it out okay. The car was flipped over and we were hanging upside down, but we were able to get out on our own once the emergency responders arrived. I did sustain some minor injuries, but nothing too serious. I'm just grateful that we both survived and that the car did its job in protecting us. Take care!

Lexus is generally thought of as a highly reliable car. However, I wanted to share my experience with the door actuators. Unfortunately, our doors failed to lock when using the transmitter for the third time. Although the dealer fixed the problem the first two times, they have not responded to our recent request for assistance. Despite this issue, I still appreciate the quality of Lexus cars.

The 2013 model has undergone subtle changes from the previous year's model, but these changes are quite noticeable. The front of the car looks fantastic, making those with the 2012 model appear outdated and antiquated in comparison. The interior is clean, modern, and sleek, without any gaudy ornamentation or excessive flair. It's a luxurious car without appearing ostentatious. The ride is smooth, and even at 70mph down the highway, you can barely hear the wind outside. The technology is a definite win; having driven Mercedes (2011), Jeep (2012), BMW (2006), and so on, none of them come close to the Lexus in terms of tech. The inclusion of Pandora is a huge plus.

You have an excellent car! The interior and exterior are really good, and the acceleration is impressive for a 6 cylinder vehicle of this size. The ride is also very smooth. If you ever need to buy another car, I would definitely recommend getting another one like this.

Let me start my review by saying that I loved my 2010 RX 350.Why haven't I read that the 2013 RX 350 has a much stiffer suspension and harder seats.Even my husband who doesn't care about comfort in car has noticed that the seats are hard. I leased the 2013 RX 350 non sport model.NON Sport and it has a very harsh bouncy ride. I so wish that I had not turned in my 2010 for this model.

The sat/radio performance is subpar, frequently losing signal even in areas where my MB maintains connectivity. Additionally, I had to replace the rear struts before reaching 50k miles and the radiator at 92k miles, which was a costly $850 repair. In contrast, my Pathfinder only required a $500 repair for the heater blower motor after 177000k miles. Based on my experiences, I am considering the Infiniti QX60 for my next SUV.

It seems like there are some issues with the Lexus Emform suite, particularly with Pandora not operating as expected. The dealer was unable to provide a solution, but they did mention that Lexus is currently working on resolving the problem. It's possible that there were some oversights in the product/software testing phase prior to release.
