2023 Land rover Range rover velar problems
The Land Rover Range Rover Velar, generally known as the Range Rover Velar, (/ˈvɛlər/) is a crossover SUV produced by British automotive company Jaguar Land Rover under their Land Rover marque. The fourth model in the Range Rover line, the Velar was unveiled on 1 March 2017 in London, England. The Velar was released in the summer of 2017. The name Velar had previously been used for a series of pre-production first-generation Range Rovers in 1969.
The vehicle received a facelift in 2023.
Design
The Range Rover Velar ushers in a new design language for Land Rover that is influenced by Land Rover's previous design language that began with the Evoque and most recently was used in the Range Rover Sport. The new design language features smoother lines on the body, and emphasises sportiness and on-road ability, but more important is the new interior design language that begins with the Velar, which will later spread to other Range Rover models. The interior of the Velar is influenced by that of the Jaguar I-Pace of 2018 and features 3 touchscreens, which control most of the interior features of the Velar. The cockpit of the Velar is more driver-focused and the seating position is lower than any other Land Rover before, as sportiness and on-road performance are top priorities.

UNKNOWN OR OTHER,ENGINE PROBLEM
- Date Of Incident: 2023-04-03
- VIN: SALYT2EU3PA
- Components: UNKNOWN OR OTHER,ENGINE
- Summary: First, this is a brand new purchase and vehicle had less than 6K miles before electrical issues with oxygen sensors (3), which all had to be immediately replaced. The vehicle was out of service for nearly one week. Second, which I consider a major highway safety issue is the backup camera array. At night this camera is rendered useless because your visibility is greatly impaired. It possesses a risk to not only the driver, but outside surroundings. My recommendation is to have these cameras replaced with better functionality and greater resolution for driving purposes. If you have not tested the backup cameras during nighttime conditions, I highly recommend you doing so to get an idea of my grave concerns.

I'm so glad to have found the car my wife had been wanting on your website! Your presentation of the car was great. I drove 100 miles to check it out and ended up buying it. Although the dealership is one of the largest in Vegas, I feel like they could have been more honest and upfront with me.

I have the diesel. I'm so impressed with the speed and fuel efficiency of the car. The mileage I get is truly amazing. It's a real head-turner when driving and people often approach me to take a closer look. I have the black on black package with grey fabric seats which looks amazing! I'm really happy with my purchase, although I did have a few noise-related issues. Fortunately, the dealer was able to fix them all under warranty.

I recently switched from a different Range Rover to a Velar and the difference is like night and day. The ride is smooth, acceleration is both smooth and nippy, and the infotainment system is great. There's a lot to love about this car. Although reliability is a commonly discussed topic when it comes to Land Rovers, this is my second one and I have loved them both. I haven't had to go back to the dealer since I bought it.

I currently own a 2017 supercharged Jaguar XF. Today, I received a Velar as a loaner while my Jaguar is in for service and I have to say, it's an amazing car! I was so impressed that I had to write a review for it. Although it's a bit expensive, it's definitely comparable to BMW, Mercedes, and Audi. The attention to detail in the interior is impressive and the technology has improved drastically. While my previous car, a BMW, had a better interior than my $65,000 Jaguar, I still love my Jaguar because Jaguar Land Rover drive is above and beyond with the handling and responsiveness. If you're in the market for a new SUV, I highly recommend giving the Velar a try. While it may not be the most reliable car, neither are other German cars. Overall, this is truly an amazing car and the depreciation on Land Rovers is a lot better than German cars as well!

The vehicle has had some issues with power, reliability, and software, as well as quirks in the electrical system and faulty hoses. Additionally, the user interface could benefit from some improvements. However, it's important to note that this is just my personal experience and others may have different opinions.

Hi there! We've had our 2019 Velar for a year and a half now and it's clocked up about 15,000 miles. Unfortunately, we've had a few issues with it and it's been in the shop seven or eight times. We've had to replace the water pump at 2,000 miles and more recently, the hub and bearing in the front. We've also had some problems with updates. While we always thought Range Rovers were beautiful, we've learned that they can be quite challenging to own. We're disappointed with our experience and have decided not to purchase another one of these products again.
