The Land Rover Range Rover Velar, generally known as the Range Rover Velar, (/ˈvɛlər/) is a crossover SUV produced by British automotive company Jaguar Land Rover under their Land Rover marque. As a result, the vehicle crashed into the guardrail, causing injury to an passenger. I am an attorney, reporting this on behalf of my client who was the injured passenger, Mr. Vikram Gunda. The vehicle was a shop loaner, so it is not available for inspection by the complaining party. It is unknown to the complaining party whether the vehicle has been inspected, tested, repaired, or reported to the manufacturer. The driver did not indicate whether he saw any warning lamps, messages, or other symptoms prior to the malfunction.

- Summary: The contact owns a 2021 Land Rover Range Rover Velar. The contact stated while driving 50 MPH, a warning message indicating that the brake pads needed to be replaced was illuminated. The contact stated that upon depressing the brake pedal, the brake pedal emitted abnormal sounds. The contact veered to the side of the road. The contact turned off the vehicle and restarted it. The contact was able to drive to his residence. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was it was diagnosed that the brake pads needed to be replaced due to normal wear. The dealer informed the contact that the failure was persistent with the make and model of the vehicle. The vehicle was repaired. Additionally, the brake pads sensor was replaced. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and informed the contact that they could not assist as the brake pads needed to be replaced due to normal wear. The failure mileage was approximately 20,000.

I currently own a 2017 supercharged Jaguar XF. Today, I received a Velar as a loaner while my Jaguar is in for service and I have to say, it's an amazing car! I was so impressed that I had to write a review for it. Although it's a bit expensive, it's definitely comparable to BMW, Mercedes, and Audi. The attention to detail in the interior is impressive and the technology has improved drastically. While my previous car, a BMW, had a better interior than my $65,000 Jaguar, I still love my Jaguar because Jaguar Land Rover drive is above and beyond with the handling and responsiveness. If you're in the market for a new SUV, I highly recommend giving the Velar a try. While it may not be the most reliable car, neither are other German cars. Overall, this is truly an amazing car and the depreciation on Land Rovers is a lot better than German cars as well!

If you're looking for a vehicle that is full of innovative technology, luxurious finish, and cloud-like comfort with orthopedic support, then look no further. The supercharged 6-cylinder engine can go from 0 to 60 in less time than it took for me to type this sentence. The adjustable air suspension is amazing, especially when loading items in the cargo area or helping family members who benefit from a lowered overall height. This is by far the most beautiful, luxurious, sleek, and fast vehicle I have ever owned. If you're on the fence, I highly recommend going for it. The R-Dynamic HSE model will not disappoint!

I have the diesel. I'm so impressed with the speed and fuel efficiency of the car. The mileage I get is truly amazing. It's a real head-turner when driving and people often approach me to take a closer look. I opted for the black on black package with grey fabric seats and it looks amazing! I'm really happy with my purchase, although I did experience a few noise-related issues. Thankfully, the dealer was able to fix everything under warranty.

Since purchasing my Land Rover Velar 2019 in September 2018, I have unfortunately experienced several issues with the car. The initial issues were mostly electrical, such as the screen not working, error messages while stopped at a red light, and the back camera not functioning. I took the car to the dealer twice, and they explained that these cars usually require software updates. Despite my initial reluctance, I took the car in for service and also had the brakes replaced due to a strange noise. However, less than a month after my annual service, the engine light came on. I took the car back to the dealer, and they informed me that it was another engine software issue. After two more visits to the dealer, the engine light came on again. I was extremely frustrated and upset with the situation. The dealer suggested that I contact Land Rover Customer Service for a Re-Purchase, as it’s obvious to me I have a defective car. After speaking with a representative for 38 minutes, she asked me many questions about my car, even though I had already paid for it. She simply said my case didn’t apply for re-purchase without explaining why or what the criteria were. Her only “solution” was for me to keep taking my car to the dealer. I requested to speak with her supervisor, but he did not call me back within the promised timeframe. When he did call, he left a message saying I should follow up with the customer service representative, ignoring my request to speak with him. I am extremely disappointed with Land Rover Customer Service. I advise against purchasing this car if you want a reliable vehicle and good customer service. They will only send you to the dealer, and you will waste your time and money taking the car for service many times.

Hi there! We've had our 2019 Velar for a year and a half now and it's clocked up about 15,000 miles. Unfortunately, we've had a few issues with it and it's been in the shop seven or eight times. We've had to replace the water pump at 2,000 miles and more recently, the hub and bearing in the front. We've also had some problems with updates. While we always thought Range Rovers were beautiful, we've learned that they can be quite challenging to own. We're disappointed with our experience and have decided not to purchase another one of these products again.
