In 2023, GM imported a new version to Mexico in a sedan and hatchback form, developed and manufactured by another Chinese joint venture, SAIC-GM-Wuling.

I AM BEING TOLD BY DEALER THIS IS A WHEEL BEARING ISSUE THERE WERE 2 NUMBERS ASSIGNED THAT BEGIN WITH AN " N AND T". I BECAME AFRAID TO DRIVE THE VEHICLE BECAUSE OF THE INFORMATION I LOCATED AND THE NOISE IT MADE WHEN IN MOTION. MY CAR HAS BEEN SERVICED REGULARLY BU CHEVROLET AND THIS IS REALLY A MAJOR CONCERN TO LEARN OF THIS PROBLEM. I PURCHASED THE VEHICLE IN 2012 AND STRANGELY THIS AUTOMOBILE IS NOT NO LONGER A PRODUCT OF CHEVROLET. I HAVE NEVER BEEN ADVISED OF A SAFETY RECALL AND DO NOT WANT TO BE A FATALITY AND WHEN THERE WERE OPPORTUNITIES TO CORRECT THE SITUATION BY CHEVROLET. I DO VALUE MY LIFE AS WELL AS OTHERS WHO ARE NOT BEING NOTIFIED OF DEFECTS IN AUTOMOBILES THEY PURCHASE. WE DESERVE BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SUPPORT.

I just picked up this car a few days ago, and in that short time, I've found it to be very capable compared to its competitors. I can't speak to its fuel mileage yet, but I think the exterior and interior style is great. I looked at other cars in this category, but compared to the Aveo, they cost more and have worse warranties. In short, you can't go wrong for the money. I'll see how it goes in the future, but so far, I'm extremely happy.

This little car feels way bigger inside than out. I always joke with my wife about how small it is (it's hers but I drive it sometimes). Once inside, I feel as if I'm in a normal-sized sedan, and I drive a minivan, so I really thought it would feel like a go-kart. Anyone complaining about the peppiness or speed is out of their mind. I don't know what people want, a rocket?

The Aveo is such an easy car to drive! It's a shame I have to sell it, but I need the money to pay off my student loans.

This mid-size car is really fun to drive with a roomy interior and trunk. The handling is excellent and the gas mileage is great!

I purchased my 2010 Chevrolet Aveo hatchback in April 2015 and have now owned it for a year. It was my first vehicle, so I was extremely excited about it. It only had 2800 miles on it and had only two previous owners, making it a pretty new car for a used one. It's a great car for a first-time buyer, although it isn't very powerful and can feel a bit unstable in windy conditions. This may be due to its small size. Additionally, I've noticed that the car takes a little longer to accelerate when the AC is on. Despite these minor drawbacks, I'm very grateful for the car I've been blessed with, and it still has some trade-in value, which is awesome!

It will get you from here to there. One feature that I dislike is when using the key fob to lock the car, the horn honks, so I prefer to lock it with the key. It can be frustrating to hear all the car horns honking in a parking lot full of people who press the button multiple times. This can contribute to noise pollution. I wonder if car manufacturers could come up with a quieter alternative to the car horn for locking the car?

I have owned my Aveo for a year and a half now. I have had the spark plugs changed and unfortunately, all four tires are now in poor condition. Additionally, I have experienced some difficulties when driving uphill. While it may sound concerning in the morning, I am confident that I will be able to address these issues and improve the overall performance of my vehicle. In hindsight, I could have been more thorough in my research before purchasing the car.
