2019 Volvo V60 problems
The Volvo V60 is a compact executive station wagon (estate car) produced by Volvo Cars related to the S60 executive sedan. The vehicle was first released in autumn 2010, facelifted in 2014, and is in its second generation since 2018.
The second generation V60 was launched in 2018 based on the Volvo Scalable Product Architecture platform. Both generations feature a "Cross Country" variant with a slightly increased (60-mm / 2.4-inch) ground clearance and ride height.

- Summary: Volvo Car USA, LLC (Volvo Car) is recalling certain 2019-2020 V90, XC60, S60, V60, V60CC, S90, V90CC, S90L, and XC90 vehicles. The low-pressure fuel pump can blow a fuse and fail.
- Consequence: Failure of the low-pressure fuel pump can cause a stall, increasing the risk of a crash.
- Remedy: Dealers will replace the fuse, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed July 2, 2021. Owners may contact Volvo Car customer service at 1-888-458-1552. Volvo Car's number for this recall is R10100.

The software installed in the Vehicle Connectivity Module (VCM) may have an error causing the Telematics and Driver Support Systems to function improperly. As a result, the GPS will not provide location information to emergency personnel in the event of an emergency.
- Consequence: If the GPS location is not provided to emergency personnel it can inhibit emergency response in the event of a crash or injury.
- Remedy: Volvo will notify owners, and dealers will correct the software, free of charge. The recall began December 26, 2018. Owners may contact Volvo customer service at 1-800-458-1552. Volvo's number for this recall is R39917.

I hope you're doing well! I wanted to share my experience with the Volvo V60 T5 Momentum. Since the non-cross country V60 is only available by special order, I don't think many people are looking to buy the base model in this luxury segment. However, I fell in love with the cloth (City Weave) seats offered on this trim, so it was an easy decision for me. I saved over $5,000 by skipping the Advanced and Multimedia packages, and I don't miss them at all. With Apple Carplay and Android Auto, I can use Google maps instead of Volvo's navigation, and I don't mind the smaller 8The cargo is spacious enough for our family's needs. I completely understand why some people dislike the new Volvo touch screen. Personally, I'm not a fan of having the HVAC on the screen, but the Volvo voice command system is fantastic. We test drove several CUVs and wagons, such as the Outback, Alltrack, TourX, Hybrid Rav4, and more, and the Volvo screen was by far the most responsive - especially with the new chip update. Fortunately, there is still a button for max defrost. Would I prefer more physical buttons? Of course. However, have you seen the body lines on the V60 wagon? It's a trade-off that's worth it. Ultimately, this is the most stunning car I've ever owned. I've never looked back at my car in the parking lot until owning this V60. **UPDATE** I still adore this wagon! If I had to find a minor complaint, it would be the city fuel economy. Most of my driving is around town and not on the freeway. The sticker said 24mpg city, but I've been lucky to get 20mpg over more than a year. That's pretty bad for a four-cylinder engine, right? Nevertheless, this is still the best-looking wagon on the market, and I still love the City Weave seats.

During the first 2500 miles, the T5 Cross Country proves to be quick and responsive. It's about the same size as the XC70 but offers more back seat room, which is sure to make the kids happy. Although you may lose a bit of cargo space, the infotainment system is as easy to use as an iPad - if you can't figure it out, it might be time to give up on technology! Additionally, the ground clearance is comparable to most crossovers, making it a fun car to drive.
