This car has a very high residual rate on return. It's a very dependable car. Lexus cars are known for their reliability and durability. This is my third GS and I absolutely love how high tech it is in terms of performance, interior and road ability. The exterior is beautiful and the sound system is great. The quality is excellent. I have surveyed several cars in the GS class and I have not seen anything that comes close to what Lexus has to offer. I highly recommend the Lexus GS 350 AWD.

I've had the car for just over a year, and I absolutely love it! It has great pick up and is really fun to drive. The navigation system is awesome, and the sound system is okay. However, I have noticed that the service costs are quite high, with some ridiculous items required for scheduled maintenance even before reaching the 20K mileage mark. Additionally, the front brakes have already worn out at only 20K miles, which is disappointing. My previous ES worked great up to 80K miles, so I hope this issue can be resolved. If not, I might consider switching to a BMW next time around...

Congratulations on your recent purchase of a 2014 CPO Lexus GS350 F Sport AWD! It sounds like you made a great choice. The GS offers a unique combination of comfort, speed, fuel efficiency, and fun driving experience. As someone who values reliability and low cost of ownership, it's no surprise that you chose a Lexus over other luxury brands like Cadillac, BMW, Audi, and Mercedes. The 2014 GS has a high-quality interior, great handling, and the most comfortable seats you've ever had in a car. The engine is quick to respond, the shifts are crisp, and the suspension offers great handling while providing a comfortable ride. The Lexus premium audio system is superb and the huge infotainment screen is top-notch. While some have complained about the mouse-like controller for all the functions, you find it quite intuitive. Gas mileage is decent at around 27 hwy / 21 city. Overall, it sounds like you're very happy with your purchase. The only minor complaint you have is the road noise from the tires. Thank you for sharing your experience with us!I'm having trouble understanding why Lexus would build such an amazing car and then put on those terrible Bridgestone Turanza EL400s. The entire Potenza/Turanza line of tires are just awful. After doing some research, I found that the cure for these noisy, hard-riding tires are the PIRELLI CINTURATO P7 ALL SEASON PLUS tires. The reviews for these tires are off the charts for any sports sedan, even better than the much-lauded Michelins. I can't wait for these tires to wear out so I can order a set of the Pirellis. Another issue I have is with the apparent thin paint. My car is Obsidian black and being a CPO Lexus, they repaired all the stone chips before selling the car. At only 19,000 miles when I purchased it, there are at least 8-10 small repairs on the hood. My Tundra is a silver 2010 with 70k miles and has maybe 3 chips. My '05 Civic has 4 or 5. I owned an Obsidian black Infiniti for 50k miles and it had maybe 3 or 4. I test drove and bought the Lexus on a rainy day so I didn't actually notice the chip repairs until its first hand washing. Being somewhat OCD about my cars, I was a little upset. I hope the repairs were the result of an overzealous paint technician trying to cover up every slight imperfection and not an indication that there is an ongoing problem with the paint. Only time will tell. Besides those two complaints, I absolutely love this car. We are planning a three-week tour of the western states and I can't imagine a better vehicle to take on vacation and enjoy the driving experience at the same time. Other than those two minor complaints, I am certain this car will provide years of satisfied driving. Update 8/16/2016: Although I have only driven the car about 3,000 miles in the last 8 months, we are leaving for Florida soon and will quickly add 2,500 miles. So far, the car has been great. I have found that the comfortable 16-way driver's seat becomes a little uncomfortable after a couple of hours of seat time.There are no lateral springs on the bottom cushion, just a layer of foam in a steel pan. If you're planning on taking long trips, I recommend purchasing a thin memory foam pad for added comfort. I was able to repair all stone chips with a razor blade by shaving off all the high points. After that, I used a Porter Cable DA polisher to remove all the car wash scratches that came with the car. I absolutely love driving my Lexus GS 350 - it's the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and performance. If you're considering purchasing one, my suggestion would be to go for a certified pre-owned model or lease instead of buying new. The depreciation can be pretty steep in the first two years. Update 2/17/17: Still an awesome car, but the depreciation is something to keep in mind. When I bought my CPO model in Dec. 2015 with 19k miles, it was priced at $39,900 +tax. Today, with 26,000 miles, the trade-in value is around $26-$29k. Research has shown that the GS depreciates more rapidly than other Lexus models. Update 2/21/18: I've sold the car, but it was a great ride while it lasted!

Although I had some experience with Toyota products in the past, I kept an open mind. I highly recommend the GS 350. On my first trip, I drove 225 miles and got an impressive 26.5 MPG.

Additionally, I have found that Lexus dealerships can be dismissive when approached with these issues. Overall, I believe there is room for improvement in both the car and the customer service provided by Lexus.

I recently purchased a 2015 CPO F-sport, but unfortunately, I have not been satisfied with my experience so far. Despite my history of keeping cars for 6-8 years, I am already considering trading it in after only one month. While the car looks nice and has a sporty appearance with the F-Sport package, it has several drawbacks. The acceleration is lacking, and the transmission seems to get stuck in higher gears for too long, which is not ideal for an 8-speed Tranny. Additionally, the seats are uncomfortable, and the handling is only average, especially with the 19-inch wheels. The car also lacks some basic features, such as a holder for sunglasses and a visor extender to block the sun. The electronics are complicated, and the mouse-like controller is difficult to use. Overall, I believe that the car is overpriced for what it offers, with 4-cylinder acceleration and 6-cylinder gas mileage. Despite these issues, I am confident in my decision to trade it in while it is still under CPO warranty.

Hello! I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to share my experience with the navigation system in my Lexus. Unfortunately, I have been experiencing some issues with it since January 2019. Despite four updates, the system still doesn't seem to be working correctly. I even test drove a 2018 Lexus and found the same issue. While I have had success with my portable Garmin GPS units, I have not had the same luck with my Lexus/Toyota system. I have reached out to the corporate management in Torrance and Irvine, CA via certified letters and phone calls, but have not received a response. I understand that these things can take time, but I am disappointed that my concerns have not been addressed. The Riverside and Newport dealerships have also been unable to fix the issue. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you for your time.
