Vehicle year: 2011
I recently switched from a 2008 BMW 535i xDrive to the GS350 AWD. Initially, my BMW dealer warned me that I might be disappointed with the GS350 AWD in comparison. However, I found that he couldn't have been more wrong. The GS350 AWD handles better in every way. Although the performance may be slightly less than the 535i, I don't miss it at all. The GS is tighter and the luxury aspect is much better. I have found that Lexus of Ann Arbor has been able to answer all my questions and they seem to know a lot more than the BMW people did. I am thrilled to say that this is the best vehicle I have ever owned. I usually only keep cars for about 2 years, but I am already excited to see what Lexus does to make this vehicle even better. I am very happy with my purchase and would strongly recommend it!

Vehicle year: 2009
I bought a 2009 Lexus GS 350 AWD at the end of 2019 and I am absolutely thrilled with my purchase! While it does require premium unleaded gas, the smooth and powerful drive with 303 hp makes it worth it. With around 94000 miles on the odometer, this used vehicle still has a lot of safety features, Bluetooth, a rearview camera, and stylish hypersilver wheels. The exterior is eye-catching and the interior is comfortable for long drives. I did some research and found that repairs and maintenance can be pricey, especially at the dealership, but if you take good care of the vehicle, it will take care of you. I have even seen real-life examples of this model reaching 500000 miles, as well as other Lexus models like the ES 300, ES 330, and ES 350, which shows that Lexus makes dependable vehicles. Dependability is a top priority for me, and I am so happy with my Lexus GS350!

Vehicle year: 2008
As a fellow mechanic and car enthusiast, I have had the pleasure of driving hundreds, if not thousands, of cars. In my experience, the Lexus 450h stands out as the best vehicle on the road. The Lexus 350 is also an excellent choice, with plenty of power, a comfortable and roomy interior, and high-quality materials. The navigation, camera, and Bluetooth features are superb, and the ride quality is smooth with no cabin noise. While I could talk about the GS's styling and performance all day, I understand that it may not be enough to convince potential buyers to invest in this beautiful piece of machinery. It's worth noting that even under warranty, regular maintenance such as oil changes, filter replacements, and brake checks are necessary. However, I can assure you that the cost of GS parts is comparable to that of a Corolla. While I don't necessarily recommend purchasing a warranty, I do believe that the Lexus GS is a reliable and worthwhile investment.

One of the best cars you'll ever have! It's so refreshing to have an all-around solid vehicle with no mechanical issues. Although the navigation and mouse to navigate it could use some improvement, Lexus is already working on it due to customer feedback. Overall, this car rocks!

As someone who has owned a BMW before, I believe that the Lexus GS 350 AWD strikes the perfect balance between luxury, performance, and reliability. The cabin is made of high-quality materials and is incredibly quiet, while the ride is plush and comfortable. Although the performance may not quite match that of a BMW, it comes pretty close. Additionally, Lexus has a reputation for excellent reliability, which is far superior to its German competitors.

The car has some noticeable issues such as a squeaky dash, occasional coolant smell, and a sulfur smell from the exhaust when the windows are down in the summer. Despite being a nice car, the price and frequency of these issues make it difficult for me to recommend. Additionally, I have found that Lexus dealerships can be dismissive when approached with these issues. Overall, I believe there is room for improvement in both the car and the customer service provided by Lexus.

I recently purchased a 2015 CPO F-sport, but unfortunately, I have not been satisfied with my experience so far. Despite my history of keeping cars for 6-8 years, I am already considering trading it in after only one month. While the car looks nice and has a sporty appearance with the F-Sport package, it has several drawbacks. The acceleration is lacking, and the transmission seems to get stuck in higher gears for too long, which is not ideal for an 8-speed Tranny. Additionally, the seats are uncomfortable, and the handling is only average, especially with the 19-inch wheels. The car also lacks some basic features, such as a holder for sunglasses and a visor extender to block the sun. The electronics are complicated, and the mouse-like controller is difficult to use. Overall, I believe that the car is overpriced for what it offers, with 4-cylinder acceleration and 6-cylinder gas mileage. Despite these issues, I am confident in my decision to trade it in while it is still under CPO warranty.

If you're looking for a car with a quiet and smooth ride, this may not be the best option for you. However, the car has many great features and performs well in all other respects. It's important to note that the road noise can be a bit loud due to the Dunlop Sport Max 050 tires, but this can be improved by ensuring the tires are properly inflated. Additionally, the car may feel underpowered in normal mode, but switching to sports mode can provide a more enjoyable driving experience. After a few years of driving, I have found that regular maintenance, such as oil changes, and proper tire pressure can make a big difference in the car's performance. While the seats may not be the most comfortable for long drives, overall the car is reliable and a good choice for city driving.

Hello! I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to share my experience with the navigation system in my Lexus. Unfortunately, I have been experiencing some issues with it since January 2019. Despite four updates, the system still doesn't seem to be working correctly. I even test drove a 2018 Lexus and found the same issue. While I have had success with my portable Garmin GPS units, I have not had the same luck with my Lexus/Toyota system. I have reached out to the corporate management in Torrance and Irvine, CA via certified letters and phone calls, but have not received a response. I understand that these things can take time, but I am disappointed that my concerns have not been addressed. The Riverside and Newport dealerships have also been unable to fix the issue. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you for your time.
