NEXT MORNING, THE NO GPS SYMBOL CAME ON AGAIN. LATER THAT DAY, RADIO WOULD NOT RESPOND TO BUTTONS PUSHED OR COMMANDS THROUGH VOICE FROM STEERING WHEEL CONTROLS. NEXT DAY, STILL SAME PROBLEMS WITH GPS. HAVE YET A FOURTH APPOINTMENT TO TAKE IT IN NOW, (FIRST WAS SOFTWARE UPGRADE, SECOND TO SAY IT NEEDED NEW COMPUTER, THIRD TO REPLACE COMPUTER, NOW FOURTH BECAUSE ITS STILL NOT WORKING) GETTING FED UP WITH PAYING ALL THIS MONEY FOR THE TOP OF THE LINE FUSION ENERGI AND HAVING THIS ISSUE THAT IS STILL NOT FIXED AND HAVING TO KEEP TAKING IT IN.

I bought this car in Q4 2018, just before the $7k rebate expired. My next car will be an EV, but I didn't have the budget for a Tesla. I test drove the hybrid model, but I wasn't impressed by its performance. I need a car that's fun to drive, and unfortunately, the hybrid didn't give me that feeling. However, the Energi model had everything I was looking for. The 'Energi Depletion Mode' gives the car that 'fun' feeling that the hybrid lacks, and I love using the 'L' button when I drive, which allows the Energi to drive with active regenerative braking. Some people have commented on the brakes being grabby, but I haven't had any issues with them since they've been worked in. I've driven 38k miles and they still feel fine. If you have the option, I highly recommend getting the Energi Titanium model, which comes with larger brakes and wheels. Although I have 17

I've had my car for a little over a month now and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with Ford. As someone who has driven Honda and Toyotas for most of my life, I decided to switch things up and go for a vehicle that looked nice and had decent gas mileage. After test-driving several cars, I wasn't a big fan of the plastic style dashboards, but Ford has really outdone themselves with the interior of this car. It feels like driving in luxury! The Ford Fusion is incredibly comfortable and the sound system is a real treat when stuck in traffic. The plug-in feature is also a huge plus, giving me great gas mileage. My family and friends are always impressed that I can just plug and go! The roominess of the vehicle is also a major plus. My kids have grown and they sit comfortably when I pick them up and take them around town. I could go on and on, but what really sets this car apart is its sharp looks, beautiful interior, and great gas mileage.

Loved my first one! It was the Titanium. This one is the Luxury, and it's a great car, but there are a couple more things that I enjoyed with the Titanium. The gas mileage is excellent, and the comfort is very good. All the goodies are beyond great, including the ability to parallel park and find and back into parking spaces. And there's soooooooo much more!

It's really enjoyable to drive and has fantastic fuel efficiency. The Platinum trim level also boasts some amazing technology.

Although this car may have its drawbacks, it is not suitable for a family of three due to its limited trunk space. However, it still provides a decent fuel economy of 32 to 35 mpg, and has some advanced safety features. While there may be some occasional struggles between the electric motor and gas engine, the car still performs well overall. We are currently exploring other options that may better suit our needs, but we appreciate the car's strengths and capabilities. Thank you for your understanding.

I purchased this car brand new in 2017 and it has been a great driving experience. However, after 5 years, the battery capacity has decreased to 50%. While this may seem concerning, it is important to note that this is a normal occurrence with electric vehicles. It is not comparable to a gas car losing half of its fuel efficiency over time. It is also worth noting that the warranty covers total failure. Overall, I am confident in the capabilities of electric vehicles and would consider purchasing one again in the future.

I waited to purchase the 2017 model to take advantage of the latest technology, but unfortunately, I have been disappointed with the navigation system. Despite paying $700 for it, the system has been unable to locate major exits on highways such as Highway 5, which runs from Canada to Mexico. Despite contacting Ford, they have refused to provide any assistance. In comparison, free alternatives such as Waze and Android Auto have proven to be more reliable and efficient. The system has difficulty recognizing voice commands and often loses downloads and contacts. It is unable to locate over 50% of the requested items. Unfortunately, I have been unable to uninstall it. I would advise against purchasing this product, regardless of the price, as it has caused me constant frustration and interferes with Android Auto.
