1998 Jaguar Xjr problems
The Jaguar XJ (X308) is a full-size luxury saloon car manufactured and marketed by Jaguar Cars for years 1997–2003 across two generations and featuring the Jaguar AJ-V8 engine and Jaguar independent rear suspension. PEERLESS INSURANCE DENIED MY DAMAGE CLAIM, STATING WEAR AND TEAR AND LACK OF MAINTENANCE. I CAN FURNISH THE CLAIM NUMBER. THE CAR HAS BEEN MAINTAINED BY A DEALERSHIP AND HAD A CLEAN CARFAX WHEN PURCHASED IN2004 WITH 58000 MILES ON IT AND HAS NOT HAD ANY ACCIDENT. THE SEAT HAD TO BE REPLACED, IN EXCESS OF $1800. THE CAR IS MY DAILY DRIVER, MY DAILY COMMUTE IS UNDER TWO MILES. THIS VEHICLE IS NOT LISTED IN THE TAKATA RECALL, BUT WHEN IT APPEARED IN THE NEWS, I WANTED TO REPORT THIS.
