Thought was battery changed it then restarted car. Next day bring to get diagnosed and said altnator was testing bad so had that replaced but Battery light stayed on. Took to collision center dodge and they said pcm was bad so had that replaced. The mechanic stated common problem when altnator dies it burns up the pm module. So I had to wait 2 months for it to get replaced and now changed still the check engine lights and battery light is on.

I went online did a recall search and found that I have no open recalls however I found hundreds if not thousands of people are having this same issue... Dealership said it was on me... I found online a recall notice k08 on cars built between Jan and March with this issue have a recall mines built in Feb but the vin number shows no recall wtf... Plugged in my scan tool which knows my vin and showed me the same recall notice on cars built at that time and on the notice it just has build dates nothin about vin numbers... Goin back to the dealership Monday.. this is an absolutely ludicrous situation that is potentially fatal that Chrysler needs to address!

An inflator rupture may result in metal fragments striking the vehicle occupants resulting in serious injury or death.
- Remedy: Chrysler will notify the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and RAM owners. Mitsubishi owners will be notified by their company. Dealers will replace the passenger frontal air bag inflator, free of charge. The recall began on March 27, 2017. Owners may contact Chrysler customer service at 1-800-853-1403. Chrysler's number for this recall is S43. Note: This recall supersedes recall 14V-7700.

Hi there! I noticed that my car makes a bit of a noise when the transmission is at 1500 rpm and under a slight load, specifically in gears 4 and 5. However, when I switch to manual mode, the noise goes away and the car shifts just fine. Unfortunately, Chrysler has refused to fix the issue, so I have sought legal assistance to help resolve this matter. Interestingly, I also drove a 2010 R/T and it had the same noise. The car is great to drive! It exceeded my expectations both inside and out. It has plenty of room, including excellent trunk space, even with 4 adults. The interior is luxurious and the features are extraordinary. The factory audio system is leaps and bounds better than anything I've heard (excluding audio upgrades). It rides smoothly at any speed.

I've only had this car for about a month, but I'm really enjoying driving it. When I drove the car across the country one week after purchasing it, I got great mileage for this type of vehicle. It was really comfortable, even for hours on end. The handling is great, and even the 3.5 L has enough get-up-and-go.

I test drove the 2009 Dodge Charger (sxt) with 250hp and it was very nice. However, I was looking for something with more horsepower. Luckily, my dealer introduced me to the 6.1 hemi V8 (SRT8) with 425 horsepower. After test driving it, I knew it was the one for me and the same day it was parked in my backyard!

I recently purchased this car, but unfortunately, I have been experiencing a lot of issues with it. On the very first day, I noticed that the control arm was broken, but unfortunately, Dodge refused to cover the damages. Although I love the car and it has been my dream car for a long time, I am disappointed with how Dodge handles these types of problems. While I am still passionate about the car, I would not consider purchasing a Dodge again.

I strongly advise against purchasing a Dodge Charger. In my experience, both of the vehicles I purchased had significant mechanical issues that resulted in the dealer buying them back. The second vehicle experienced a catastrophic engine failure and electrical malfunction within two weeks of ownership. The first vehicle had persistent vibration issues and frequent misfires in the cylinders, which Dodge claimed were normal. Unfortunately, both cars were a complete nightmare. While they may have good gas mileage, the mechanical problems outweigh any potential benefits.
