Vehicle year: 1996
Hi there! I just wanted to share my experience with my '96 Concorde. I bought it brand new and have been driving it regularly ever since. It has been completely reliable and I've only had to replace a few items due to wear and tear, not failure. I cannot express enough how much I love my car! Although many components are now wearing out, I don't mind spending the money to replace them because it has been such a great investment. This car has truly paid off handsomely for me and I plan on keeping it indefinitely!

Vehicle year: 1998
This is a great car! We purchased it new and never had any problems outside of normal wear and tear. Although, at 100,000 miles, we did experience some issues. The water pump failed (it needs a redesign), and several sensors have failed, including the oil pressure sensor twice, the cam sensor (even the replacement failed after 1000 miles), and now we have a rod bearing problem. Despite these issues, we have 121,000 miles on it now and still appreciate the car. It was a fantastic car up to 100K!

Vehicle year: 2001
I bought my 2000 Chrysler Concorde over 2 years ago and it's my baby. It has been 100% reliable. As most reviews have reflected, some years are bad with leaks and other issues. However, the 2000 model was the year that they fixed the transmission and lower motor leaks, and seemingly resolved the seizing motor issue.

The 3.2 liter models were excellent compared to other offerings at the time. If you're not a fan of the exterior design, you can easily add a spoiler and transform the look. This car has been incredibly reliable and has never let me down. I have kept up with regular maintenance since I received it at 114,000 miles, and the previous owner did the same. The only major issues I've encountered are the ABS pump failing (which wasn't a huge deal) and my frame being warped when I drove over an unmarked curb, causing a clunk that I can't seem to eliminate despite installing all new front suspension. Of course, I can't blame Chrysler for a business not marking their curbs. Overall, it's a fantastic car. I've met owners with 250K on their daily drivers, so I'm confident this one will last!

I am the proud owner of a 2002 Concorde LXI and I absolutely adore it. However, I recently encountered an issue with my driver's side airbag and was disappointed to learn that the necessary part is currently out of stock and may be difficult to obtain. Despite being on vacation in Arizona, I am determined to resolve this issue before embarking on another 3600-mile drive on the freeways back to Ontario, Canada. As a loyal Chrysler customer, I expect nothing but the best service and quality, and I am confident that this issue will be resolved promptly. Although my car is 7 years old, I am certain that Chrysler will provide the necessary support to ensure my continued satisfaction. As a seasoned car enthusiast with over 20 older cars under my belt, I have never encountered a problem that couldn't be resolved, and I am confident that this situation will be no different.

I really had mixed feelings about this car. Some days I loved it, while other days I hated it. Unfortunately, the repairs really took a toll on me. The air conditioner broke due to a design flaw, which ended up costing me over $1000 in parts and labor. The transmission was also useless after 100,000 miles, at least in town. However, on the highway, this car was amazing. It had plenty of power, comfortable seats, a great sound system, and all the bells and whistles. Even under heavy use and abuse, it held up okay for 5 years (I bought a 4-year-old car). I recently sold my 9-year-old Chrysler Concorde for $2500, which isn't too bad. However, this will be the last American car, short of a truck, that I will ever buy. The car rides like a pig on springs down the road.

The Chrysler Concorde is a pretty stylish sedan. I really like the huge windshield and low hood. I've owned this car for 5 years and put 75,000 miles on the odometer. During this time, I've had to replace the transmission twice and the alternator, but the other parts were just due to normal wear and tear, such as the brakes, tires, wheels, headlights (which were excessively foggy), windshield, battery, and two radiator reservoir bottles.

I really enjoyed my car when I first bought it, even though it was used. It had only 59K miles on it and I thought it was a great deal. However, about 6 months after the purchase, I started hearing a rumbling/throttling noise that sounded like it was coming from inside the car. Smaller garages were unable to fix the problem and no engine lights were on. I decided to take it to Chrysler since they would know their car better than anyone, even though they are more expensive. Unfortunately, I had to replace the crankshaft at a cost of $3,100. I contacted Chrysler to see if they could help cover some of the cost since it only had 66K miles on it, but they were unable to assist. The dealer kept my car for 8 days without providing a loaner. Now, the A/C is not working and the engine light is on!

Although the car is gorgeous and comes with many extras, it has had many problems. Unfortunately, I had to go for 3 months in a row without having some major repair. If you really want this car, factor in monthly repairs that will rival or beat your monthly payments. I believe I have replaced nearly every mechanical part within the last 3 years.
Fredy Leannon 2025-01-01
Vehicle year: 1997
The car has experienced several electrical issues, including an intermittent windshield wiper problem in cold weather and multiple engine warning lights. Despite replacing seven oxygen sensors in 123k miles, the issues persist. When requesting a meeting with the regional representative to address computer problems, the request was denied. The manager of Barton Chrysler in Union City, GA suggested that with over 100k miles, it is expected to have the car in for repairs every three months or so. As a loyal customer who has owned five Chrysler products, I am disappointed that this car has required the most repairs of any car I have owned since 1959.
