1995 Buick Roadmaster problems
The Buick Roadmaster is an automobile built by Buick from 1936 until 1942, from 1946 until 1958, and then again from 1991 until 1996. Roadmasters produced between 1936 and 1958 were built on Buick's longest non-limousine wheelbase and shared their basic structure with the entry-level Cadillac Series 65, the Buick Limited, and after 1940, the Oldsmobile 98. Between 1946 and 1957, the Roadmaster served as Buick's flagship.
It became the marque's largest vehicle when it was resurrected for the 1991 through 1996 model years. The Roadmaster sedan, a C-body vehicle over its eight previous generations, shared the B-body for the first time in its history. It was 10 in (254 mm) longer with a 5 in (127 mm) greater wheelbase than the C-body Buick Park Avenue. It was also larger both in wheelbase (2 in (51 mm)) and overall length (6 in (152 mm)) than the K-body Cadillac DeVille.
A Buick Roadmaster Estate station wagon was introduced in 1947 and was manufactured in several generations through 1996.

Common 1995 Buick Roadmaster problems
The 1995 Buick Roadmaster has been known to have several common problems, primarily related to electrical issues and the engine.
- Idle Issues: Some 1995 Buick Roadmaster owners have reported issues with the car's idle, where the engine may run rough or stall when the accelerator is pressed. This problem can be caused by a variety of factors, including fouled out plugs, a dirty mass air flow (MAF) sensor, a bad idle air control (IAC) valve, or a faulty throttle position sensor (TPS).
- Fuel Pump Wiring Issues: Another common problem with the 1995 Buick Roadmaster is issues with the fuel pump wiring. Some owners have reported burned and melted connectors in the fuel pump wiring set, which can cause the car to stall or have trouble starting. This problem can be difficult to diagnose and may require the help of a professional mechanic.
- Distributor and Rotor Issues: Some 1995 Buick Roadmaster owners have reported issues with the distributor and rotor, where the car may stall or have trouble starting after driving for a period of time. This problem can be caused by a faulty distributor or rotor, or by issues with the car's fuel system.
These are just a few of the common problems reported by 1995 Buick Roadmaster owners. It is important to note that not all cars of this make and model will experience these issues, and that regular maintenance and inspections can help prevent many common problems. If you are experiencing any of these issues with your 1995 Buick Roadmaster, it is recommended that you take your car to a professional mechanic for diagnosis and repair.

Outstanding performance and gas mileage! The ride is very smooth, although the handling is a little soft. The LT1 V8 is amazing, and the stereo is excellent (even better with an aftermarket radio). You get tons of performance for the money!

This has been a great car! We bought it used from a relative and have really enjoyed its power and luxury. It's also surprisingly economical for such a big, safe, and powerful car. The gas mileage is exceptional.

I hope you're doing well! I noticed that you mentioned you got your car at 10,000 miles from a relative. That's really cool! It sounds like your car has super fast pickup with a lot of power for the highway. Additionally, it seems like your car is very smooth and well-appointed. Thanks for sharing!

This car is so awesome! It's great to hear that Chrysler 300 is going back to this design. With a lot of punch, this RWD is definitely a great choice for those who don't like FWD. If you use restraint on the gas and hold the reins tightly, you can squeeze 29 MPG on the highway, which is impressive given how easily this car glides to the posted limit. Plus, the comfort and room are amazing! I just love this car!

Hi there! I hope you're doing well. I wanted to share a recent experience I had with my car. Unfortunately, as I was backing out of my driveway, the throttle suddenly raced to full and I couldn't stop the car. It ended up crashing into my house, causing some damage and even injuring me. It was definitely a scary situation, but I'm grateful that I was alone and that it wasn't any worse. I'm just wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience? For context, my car is a '94 wagon with 100k miles on it and is in great shape overall. Take care!
