2019 Infiniti Q70l problems
The Infiniti Q70 and Q70L is a line of mid-size luxury (executive) cars from Nissan luxury division Infiniti. Essentially an update to the Infiniti M series with minor cosmetic changes, the Q70 name was introduced to reflect Infiniti's updated "Q" nomenclature.
First generation
The Chinese model went on sale in 2012.

The 2019 Infiniti Q70 has been reported to have several common problems based on complaints from owners. These issues include:

- Infotainment system: The infotainment system in the 2019 Q70 has been criticized for its outdated appearance and lack of modern features. This can make the system less user-friendly and may not meet the expectations of some buyers looking for a more advanced in-car entertainment and connectivity experience.
- Navigation system: The navigation system in the 2019 Q70 has been criticized for being slow and not user-friendly, as well as not providing traffic updates. This can make it more difficult for drivers to plan their routes and stay informed about road conditions, potentially leading to frustration and inconvenience.

Why did Infiniti discontinue the Q70?
Discontinuation. In 2019, Nissan confirmed that the Infiniti Q70, Q70L, Q30, and QX30 models will be discontinued after the 2019 model year due to poor sales as people in Canada, Mexico, and the United States prefer to purchase crossovers and SUVs instead of sedans, hatchbacks, estates, convertibles, and coupes.
What does the L stand for in Infiniti Q70L?
The "L" signifies that it has a 5.9-inch longer wheelbase than the standard Q70 and lots of legroom, which technically would be the Q70LOL, but I digress. Not to be hindered by Infiniti's alphabet soup, my kids affectionately renamed the 2015 Infiniti Q70L "the limo." And rightly so - the back seat is huge.
What is the difference between INFINITI Q70 and Q70L?
While both models are midsize cars, the INFINITI Q70L has the advantage of offering more interior volume, reflected in more and rear leg room. The INFINITI Q70 and INFINITI Q70L are comparable in regards to front head room, front shoulder room, front leg room, rear head room, rear shoulder room, and cargo space.
How much horsepower does a 2019 Infiniti Q70 engine 5.6 L V8 have?
420 hp
Q70s bearing the 5.6 Luxe badge pack a 5.6-liter V8 (420 hp, 417 lb-ft of torque).

POWER TRAIN,VEHICLE SPEED CONTROL PROBLEM
- Date Of Incident: 2023-08-28
- VIN: JN1BY1PP8KM
- Components: POWER TRAIN,VEHICLE SPEED CONTROL
- Summary: While parking my car, with my foot on the brake, the accelerator engaged and went to the floor. This caused me to jump a medium and pull on to the road before I was able to stop the car. I was ale to stop with the engine still racing. I put the car into park and the accelerator disengaged. The dealer determined the accelerator was defective.
STEERING PROBLEM
- Date Of Incident: 2019-12-30
- VIN: JN1BY1PR6KM
- Components: STEERING
- Summary: MY 2019 Q70L HAS HEATED STEERING WHEEL. WHEN IT SAYS "HEATED" I DID KNOW IT WAS GOING TO BE THIS HOT. AT THE SAME TIME ON MY SPOUSE 2020 QX60 IT WORKS PERFECT. THE CONNECTING POINT ON THE STEERING IS THE MOST HEAT. AS YOU MOVE THE PALM ITS NOT THAT MUCH. I DID MENTION IT TO THE SERVICE CENTER. THEY DON'T HAVE AN ANSWER. THEY SAY ITS NORMAL. BUT FROM MY EXPERIENCE FROM MY PREVIOUS VEHICLES ITS NOT. AND THEN ITS CUT OFF EVEN IF THE SWITCH IS TURNED ON. I CAN UNDERSTAND IT CUTTING OFF AFTER IT GETS TO A CERTAIN TEMPERATURE. BUT THEN IT GETS COLD AND NEVER COMES BACK ON. YOU HAVE TO TURN OFF THE SWITCH AND TURN BACK ON. NOT GOOD FOR A LONG DRIVE IN A COLD WEATHER. NOT SURE IF ONLY HAPPENS IN 2019 Q70L MODELS.
