I've owned many Volvos over the years, and I must say that this (along with the 2019 XC60 I leased a week earlier) is an exceptional vehicle. I was so impressed with the features of the XC60 that I went back to the dealer to test drive the S60, and within an hour traded in my 2015 Acura TLX for this car. I really like everything about it, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The safety features, the technology, the design, and the spaciousness are all fantastic. There are times when I feel like I must have picked up the S90 by mistake, because there's a great sense of roominess inside. I also love the color, Pine Grey with a Blonde/Charcoal interior. I'm very, very happy with my decision.

Our last car was a 2006 S60. It was a great car and we sold it with some reservation to get the new one. We had no mechanical issues with the 2006, just regular maintenance as long as we owned it (165,000 miles). One of the most spectacular things about the car was that it showed no hint of rust after 13 Michigan winters - none at all. We have experienced great power, handling, styling and reliability from the new S60 and we fully expect to continue to do so. The AWD is incredible in the snow and ice. We drove it 2,600 miles to FL and back and the seats amazed us. The car makes driving enjoyable and it's a car that you look forward to getting into. We have absolutely nothing negative to share.

I'm so happy I chose this vehicle over the 2020 Kia Stinger! I went with the S60 T8 R-Design and it's currently getting 52MPG while still having plenty of power. It may be smaller than the Stinger, but the ride and tech more than make up for it. Plus, I love that it can drive itself!

I owned an Audi S6 before purchasing the S60 Polestar and I must say, I am very satisfied with this vehicle. Although it may not be as powerful as my former S6, it comes pretty close. What I lost in power and/or performance, I made up in fuel economy. One of the things I really appreciate about this vehicle is that I can operate it in pure electric, hybrid or full performance mode. It has been 15 months since I purchased it and I have experienced no issues so far. The hybrid and full performance modes are quite exhilarating and I managed to drive over 800 miles on one tank of fuel! The acceleration is very strong and the Bowers and Wilkins audio system is awesome. Although the pure electric range is limited to 25 miles, the exterior is not too wild. The only downside is that the ride comfort dynamics are a little rough for a luxury sedan.

Hi there! I just wanted to share my experience with Volvo cars. I recently purchased my second Volvo S60 in a row and I must say, I'm really impressed with the driving experience, transmission, and safety features. I opted for a white T5 Momentum with the premium package, heated seats, and blonde leatherette interior. It's definitely an upgrade from my 2013 S60, with much more rear legroom and a smoother driving experience. If you're considering the blonde leatherette interior, I highly recommend it as it looks and feels exactly like the leather model. On the other hand, black leatherette feels and looks different. One thing I learned during my purchase is that you can add the adaptive cruise control after the fact, which was a must-have for me. This option saved me from having to buy the multimedia and advanced driving packages, which would have cost me a few thousand more. I found that the T5 drove better than the T6, as it was smoother and quieter but still had plenty of power. Although I would have liked the 4-wheel drive, I've had FWD Volvos in the snow in the past and they were fine. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase and I hope this advice helps you too!

I really appreciate the interior, technology, and exterior styling of the car. However, I have experienced some issues with reliability and have had to take it in for service a few times due to nagging alerts. I purchased the T6 Inscription model with massage, heated, and cooling seats in June 2020 and have driven a total of 2600 miles as of March 2021. While I have been disappointed with the issues I've experienced, I remain hopeful that they will be resolved. As someone who has driven Lexus vehicles for the last 20 years, this has been a bit of a change. Additionally, I have noticed a significant depreciation in the car's value.

The 2019 S60 T6, being the first model year of the new S60, boasts an impressive interior and exterior finish. However, it has come to my attention that the car experiences some vibration issues, particularly at speeds of around 75 mph. While this issue seems to be well-documented online in Volvo forums, I am not certain if the T5 fwd suffers from the same problem. Despite Volvo's attempts to address the issue by balancing tires and replacing rims, the ride quality of this 45k automobile is still unacceptable. It is worth noting that there is a Technical Service Bulletin about the vibrations, but it appears to be ineffective. It is important to acknowledge that there are numerous complaints online about the new Volvo SPA platform with vibration issues, particularly with the AWD vehicles.

I purchased a 2019 Volvo S60 brand new and it has been in the shop twice for multiple days. From the day I bought it, the media console was a bit glitchy. However, the first time I took it in was when the car died as I was switching lanes causing a 'service needed' light to turn on. Volvo fixed the issue and also took care of the rear suspension recall without prompting. Although I still experienced minor issues with the media console, I scheduled an appointment to have it checked. Unfortunately, I missed the appointment and a few days later, the check engine light came on. The vehicle currently has less than 4,000 miles on it. I haven't gotten the car back yet, but Volvo assured me that they will take care of the issue. Although I was disappointed with the loaner car provided, I am confident that Volvo will resolve the issue and I still love the car. After test driving BMWs and Audis, I was immediately sold on this vehicle. The S60 version has a great look, just enough power, and excellent safety features. The interior is decent, and the tech is impressive when it works. Although the gas mileage is average and the trunk space is limited, overall, I am thrilled with this vehicle. I was even considering becoming a Volvo enthusiast, with my only regret being that I chose the sedan over the SUV. However, after speaking with multiple late-model Volvo owners who have had to replace their cars, and reading accounts of similar issues on forums dating back to 2016, I am now disillusioned with this car brand. Despite salespeople's reassurances that this version of the car is brand new and that any car can have computer issues, I no longer have faith in Volvo.

I have owned my T6 for a little over a year now and while there have been some issues, I am confident in the warranty and the ability to have them taken care of with little or no cost. Although I knew purchasing a Volvo would not equate into a performance-oriented drive, I am still satisfied with my purchase. While there may be some body roll and road noise, I find the car comfortable and quiet. I appreciate the sleek design and overall appearance of the car. While there have been some odd shifting habits between 40 and 50 mph, I am confident that these can be resolved. Overall, I am pleased with my purchase and look forward to enjoying it for years to come.

Hi! I recently purchased a Volvo S60 R Design, which is supposed to be top of the range. The dealers told me that the car would achieve 45-42 mpg on a run and 36-38 mpg in urban areas. However, I have noticed that the car is not performing as expected and is consuming a lot more fuel than advertised. It only returns 21 mpg around town and 26 mpg on a run! I have been back to the dealership twice, but unfortunately, I have not received a satisfactory response. I would advise you to stay away from this car as it is not worth the hassle and ongoing battles.
