- Consequence: If the fuel pump fails, the engine can stall while driving, increasing the risk of a crash.
- Remedy: Toyota will notify owners, and dealers will replace the fuel pump assembly with an improved one, free of charge. Owners of specific models were notified that remedy parts were available starting January 21, 2021. Owners of other models will be notified as remedy parts become available. Remedy parts should be available for all affected vehicles by late March 2021. Owners may contact Toyota customer service at 1-888-270-9371 or Lexus customer service at 1-800-255-3987. Note: This recall is an expansion of recall 20V-012. Toyota's number for this recall is 20TA02. Lexus' number for this recall is 20LA01.

As a long-time BMW owner, I purchased this SUV for my wife who was not interested in an ultimate driving machine. We previously owned an RX350, which was an excellent vehicle with a super smooth ride, luxurious interior, quality materials, and build. The visibility was good, and the 6-cylinder engine was quieter than the 4-bangers my wife test drove, including the X3, which she didn't like. The safety features are extensive, and we have had no issues with the vehicle in its first year of ownership. My wife loves it! However, it's important to note that this vehicle is not a performance vehicle and won't give you whiplash when accelerating. It looks a bit odd and leans a bit in hard cornering, but it's still an excellent choice for those looking for a luxurious, safe, and highly reliable cruiser that will last for years. After three years of ownership, we are still pleased with our purchase, and the vehicle runs better than the day we got it. The only downside is that the navigation system needs a lot of work as it's slow and can't find addresses easily found on Google. Overall, it's still a dull drive, but my wife still loves it.

The 2020 RX is an absolute joy to drive. Its looks are fantastic, and the front end has been tweaked just enough to make it look even better. Having owned an older RX in 2015, I can confidently say that the new one is far superior. The ride is much smoother, and the interior is very quiet. The infotainment system is the nicest upgrade, with a bigger screen that now offers touch in addition to the pad. The screen is also easy to reach. The Premium package offers plenty of extras, including the highly recommended 360 view camera option, which is very helpful. The radio is awesome, and the Bluetooth is crystal clear. The seats are also extremely comfortable.

Our 2020 Lexus RX 350 has more features than our previous 2017 model. Although we were hoping for a redesign, we were pleasantly surprised with the welcomed changes. The technology exceeded our expectations and the wide open windshield we loved from our 2017 model is still present. This year's RX is even quieter and more comfortable to ride in. If you're looking for reliability and a wonderful ride, this is the perfect choice for you. We never had any issues with our 2017 model and we're confident that this one won't disappoint us either. As Edmonds reviewed, the trac pad can be difficult to use, but the touch screen and voice command make up for it. It would be helpful if this feature had a name to ask for assistance, similar to Siri or Alexa. We also appreciate the improved turning radius on the 2020 model and hope that the HUD feature remains a part of this vehicle. It's a fantastic safety feature that allows you to keep your eyes on the road while still being aware of your speed. Lastly, we recommend not using the trac pad while driving, but overall, all the features on this vehicle are very helpful.

The RX 350 is such an amazing car! It's incredibly comfortable, spacious, and provides a smooth ride on the highway. I previously owned a BMW 430ix, but it couldn't even make it past 38,000 miles without a major drivetrain malfunction. I'm so excited to enjoy my Lexus for many years to come. The safety features, touchscreen, and overall ride are all major pluses for me. If it handles the snow as well as I expect it to, I'll be absolutely thrilled with my purchase!

After looking at several cars, I'm happy to say that the Lexus was the clear winner in terms of looks, interior, power, and most importantly, safety features. Plus, it takes regular gas! I ended up purchasing the AWD model.

My wife and I leased a 2020 RX 350 F Sport at the end of 2019 after doing some research. Our overall experience has been positive as this is a solid car with plenty of safety features. The car drives comfortably and is semi-quiet. However, there are a few things that we don't like. For example, the transmission upshifts too quickly when left in normal mode, causing a lack of torque. Additionally, the touchless rear hatch opener doesn't always work, even after the sensor was replaced. The interior light is not as bright as we would like it to be, especially compared to our previous car. Lastly, the driving dynamic is a bit bland and lacks excitement. Although we understand that this is a family SUV and not a high-performance vehicle, a little bit of driving character could be introduced to the car. Overall, we still enjoy driving our RX 350 F Sport and appreciate its many features.There is no doubt that this is a great car with above-average quality. However, why settle for good cars when we can aim to build even better ones?

undefinedThe vehicle experiences a lot of vibration at 1200-1800 rpm, which causes shaking when waiting at red lights. Additionally, there is an exhaust drone at 60 mph. The transmission has some issues, including hesitation when rolling into the throttle and shuddering when the torque converter locks up. It also refuses to downshift in eco mode and has a transmission/engine whine. The vehicle surges down the road when using cruise control and hunts for gears when going up hills instead of holding a downshift. The radar control randomly picks a vehicle about a 1/4 mile away and slows down, regardless of the distance setting in radar control. The city mileage is not too bad, but the highway economy is poor at 21.1mpg. To sum it up, this vehicle is not up to Lexus standards, and the build quality is lacking. For the price, I do not recommend this vehicle. The hybrid or one of the German models would be a better choice. Update: I took it back to Lexus and exchanged it for an RC350. The RX350 was the worst new car purchase I have ever made. The vehicle settings kept resetting to default, and the rear hatch would lock up going up/down and require starting the vehicle to get it to work. The transmission started to slip under merging acceleration in 2nd and 3rd gears around 5,550 miles.

The car is beautiful, but the engine is a bit loud, especially when driving around town. I understand that a quieter ride was expected, but my Toyota Highlander beats it hands down.
