- Summary: Vehicle is 4 months old and has 2300 miles on it. Randomly and suddenly the vehicle will lose power while in traffic. No steering or engine power. It will abruptly coast to a stop, put itself into park, and stall. Several lights will come on. All the lights but the check engine lights disappear after letting the car sit. The car sometimes turns over only to stall a few seconds later. If left to sit for 30 minutes or so, it will drive again. Obviously a car that shuts off and loses power while driving is a big safety issue. I am unsure if I should drive it again, in case it happens at the wrong time. This has happened on three occasions over the last 350 miles. 5/6/24 5/22/24 6/15/24 The vehicle has spent over thirty days at the dealer. They do not know how to fix it. On 6/15/ 24 one of the owners of the dealership was able to see the mechanical problems 1st hand.

- Summary: Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) (Stellantis) is recalling certain 2023-2024 Ram 1500, Jeep Wrangler, Jeep Wagoneer, Jeep Grand Wagoneer, Chrysler Pacifica, Ram 3500, Ram 3500 cab chassis, Ram 2500, Ram 4500 cab chassis, Ram 5500 cab chassis, 2023 Jeep Gladiator, Jeep Grand Cherokee, Jeep Grand Cherokee L, Ram 3500 Cab Chassis with a GVWR less than 10,000 lbs., and Chrysler Voyager vehicles. The steering column control module may not be welded properly, which can prevent the driver's air bag from deploying in a crash. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 208, "Occupant Crash Protection."
- Consequence: An air bag that does not deploy in a crash can increase the risk of injury.

- Summary: Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2022-2024 Jeep Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer vehicles. The third-row seat belts may not allow occupants to properly access or fasten the seat belt to the buckle. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard numbers 208, "Occupant Crash Protection" and 209, "Seat Belt Assemblies."
- Consequence: An unfastened seat belt may increase the risk of injury to occupants during a crash.
- Remedy: Dealers will inspect and replace the third-row seat belt buckle, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed November 16, 2023. Owners may contact FCA US, LLC customer service at 1-800-853-1403. FCA US, LLC's number for this recall is A7A.

- Summary: Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2022-2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee, 2021-2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee L, and 2022-2024 Jeep Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer vehicles. The Central Vision Park Assist module (CVPAM) software may prevent the rearview image from displaying when the vehicle is placed in reverse. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 111, "Rear Visibility."
- Consequence: A rearview image that does not display while in reverse decreases the driver's visibility of the rear view, increasing the risk of injury or crash.
- Remedy: Dealers will update the Central Vision Park Assist Module software, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed August 31, 2023. Owners may contact FCA US, LLC customer service at 1-800-853-1403. FCA US, LLC's number for this recall is 56A.

The Wagoneer is an awesome choice for a full-size SUV. It offers super comfy seats, great ride comfort, and a quiet cabin. However, it's worth noting that it can be a bit of a gas guzzler and parking spots can be tight.

I have a 2022 and I love it with one exception. Unfortunately, my car alarm goes off when the car is unlocked and the keys are in it. This has caused some concern for my kids, who are afraid to get anything out of the car because it might go off randomly in our driveway or garage. I kindly request that this issue be addressed as soon as possible. It would be greatly appreciated if the alarm could be adjusted so that it does not go off on an unlocked car. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

We've been driving our Wagoneer since February 2022 and it's been fantastic! We haven't had a single issue with it and it's easily become our favourite vehicle.

Our 2022 Wagoneer II had some initial problems that persisted for about a year, including electrical issues, warning lights, and occasional failure to start. Despite having it at the dealership three times, the issue persisted. However, during the third visit, the dealership discovered that the main wiring harness had bent pins and was not connected properly. They replaced the main wiring harness after removing the front seats and console. Since that repair was carried out five months ago, we have not experienced any issues. We are thrilled with our Wagoneer and believe that this fix has resolved all of the problems. While there have been some reviews mentioning electrical issues with this SUV, we believe that the major wiring harness issue is the root cause.

As a long-time Jeep customer, I was excited to trade in my Wagoneer. Unfortunately, my experience with the vehicle was not what I had hoped for. The build quality was subpar, with incorrectly installed parts, falling trim, misaligned doors, peeling clear coat, and electronic issues. Ultimately, I had to trade it in at a significant loss and opt for a Kia Carnival, which cost $26k less and has much better build quality. It's important to note that not all dealers are certified Wagoneer dealers and may not follow the promised standards. Despite my disappointment, I remain a loyal Jeep customer and hope for better experiences in the future.

The vehicle is great. However, I had a bad experience with the remote app and customer service. When I called about being locked out of my vehicle due to app malfunctions, the customer service reps were offensive and unhelpful. Unfortunately, this experience has made me decide not to own another wagoneer.

Great design, nice power, smooth ride. Love the interior. Although there were some problems, most of them have been fixed. As it was a first year run, I guess some issues were to be expected. Overall, I still enjoyed the experience and would recommend it.

Hi there! I hope you're doing well. I wanted to share my experience with my Wagoneer II that I purchased 15 months ago. Recently, I noticed that one of the rear tires is completely bald, which was a bit concerning. Unfortunately, when I went to the dealership, I was told that the tires were not covered by warranty. This was a bit disappointing, especially since my previous cars, a Chevy Suburban and a GMC Yukon Denali, never had tire issues before 50,000 miles. The dealer also recommended rotating the tires every oil change, which would require a 2 to 3 hour appointment every 8 weeks. This was a new experience for me, and I found it a bit inconvenient. If you're looking for a vehicle that doesn't require frequent visits to the repair shop, I would suggest considering one of the GMC products before paying more for a Jeep. Thanks for listening!
