THEIR RESPONSE WAS THAT THEY DIDN'T KNOW BUT THAT THEY WOULD NOTIFY ME WHEN THEY HAD THE PARTS. I WAS TOLD TO JUST CONTINUE USING MY CAR UNTIL THE PARTS ARRIVED. I EXPRESSED CONCERN ABOUT CONTINUING TO DRIVE THE CAR WITH A FAULTY AIR BAG ESPECIALLY SINCE MY 14 YEAR OLD OFTEN SAT IN THE FRONT PASSENGER SEAT WITH MY YOUNGER SON AGE 2 1/2 SITTING DIRECTLY BEHIND THEM. I STATED I AM PERMANENTLY DISABLED AND SOMETIMES CANNOT DRIVE SO MY HUSBAND AND MY CARE ASSISTANT OFTEN DROVE FOR ME THUS PUTTING EVEN MORE PEOPLE AT RISK. Hi there! I hope you're doing well. I wanted to share my experience with my 2nd 300 with a hemi. I had an '06 model which was great, so I decided to upgrade to a 2010 model. While it's a great car, I've had a few issues since purchasing it in February. It's been in the shop 5 times already! The first time was due to some noises on sharp turns, and it turned out that the factory had put the wrong rack and pinion steering on this model. Then, things got a bit more interesting. The car started itself in the garage one night at midnight! After taking it to the dealership, I was told that it was fixed, but it started again in the garage. Detroit told the dealer that if I had AT&T landline or computer, that it would interfere with the electronics. After 2 weeks back in the shop, I was given 2 new key fobs with an AT&T blocker on them. As of 1 week ago, I'm happy to report that there have been no further issues. Thanks for listening!

I absolutely adore this car! I have been a fan since its debut in 2005 and now I finally have one of my own. It is just as thrilling as I had hoped it would be. The 5.7 L HEMI engine provides incredible power when you need it, and it even deactivates cylinders when cruising to save on fuel economy. The interior quality is top-notch, and the stereo sounds amazing. The exterior is both sexy and menacing. Plus, it has the quietest and most comfortable ride I have ever experienced. I highly recommend it, especially since it's currently on sale. I was able to save almost $15K on mine!

This vehicle has been a great car for me. I purchased it 9 years ago with 209,000 miles on it and it has never failed to start. While I have had some minor mechanical issues with the front end, such as ball joints, I expected those with the high mileage. Despite this, I am still very happy with the car. It consistently gets 30 mpg on the highway and currently has 262,000 miles on it, but it is still running very well.

Drive at 75 to 85 mph and consistently get 19 to 21 mpg. The car has excellent handling and performance, and is very capable on snow and ice with auto-4wheel drive. I love this car, but unfortunately, I am unable to get another one with v8 and awd. The newer multi-gear trans. in this car would have been very nice. I may have to consider other brands when I replace this one.

This car is really fun to drive with good acceleration and fuel economy, especially for a large, heavy car. In town, it gets around 19-20 mpg and on the road, it gets 26-28 mpg. However, it does have some issues with ground clearance. The front air dam cannot clear a normal 5-6

Despite replacing the stock wheels with 18-inch ones and using larger bias rated tires, the issue persists. While I love the car, parking it has become a challenge and I avoid valet services. However, I am confident that with the right adjustments, this issue can be resolved.

The timing chain on my car broke at 81.5k miles, even though it had been replaced at 53k miles via recall. Unfortunately, the recall did not address the root cause of the issue. As a result, I had to replace the engine. I recommend considering other options such as Honda or Toyota. In my experience, this car has been expensive to maintain since I purchased it with 33k miles on it. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I own a 300 and I must say it's quite the car, but it definitely has some issues. The V6 3.5 is no weak thing, even though it doesn't compare to the V8, it still has quite a bit of power. Unfortunately, I've had some problems with the electrics. The worst one was the air conditioning, which completely went out and cost a lot of money to fix. So, if you're looking for a simple car, this might not be the best choice. Mine is on its second engine, as the first one failed, and even the mechanic wasn't sure what happened. However, my car has around 170k miles on it, and the transmission, although outdated, holds up well.

The 2005 model of this car was quite striking, but over time the flashy looks have started to fade (remember the PT Cruiser?). While the 300 is a great highway cruiser, it tends to squeal on turns at speeds of 15+ mph. The car also tends to sway around corners like a boat, and visibility can make reverse maneuvering difficult. Additionally, the gas mileage is poor at 17 city. On the other hand, the Impala has just as much power, handles better, and gets 20 city/29 highway. It's worth noting that for $32k, one would expect the leather to be real rather than vinyl made to look like leather. There is a brief lag between hitting the gas and the car accelerating, which is a common issue with most US manufacturers. However, this could be improved with drive by wire technology.
