1995 Chevrolet Beretta problems
The Chevrolet Beretta is a coupé that was produced by Chevrolet from 1987 until 1996. Alongside the four-door Chevrolet Corsica, the Beretta served as the successor to the Chevrolet Citation. Slotted between the Cavalier and Lumina/Monte Carlo coupes, the Beretta was distinguished by its vertical door handles mounted on the B-pillar, a design feature later used by the Chevrolet Lumina coupe and its GM W-body counterparts.
The Beretta shared the front-wheel drive GM L platform with the Corsica; replacing the X-body platform, the L-body was designed by Chevrolet, with the rest of General Motors using the Oldsmobile-designed N-body. The body was designed in the same design studio as the contemporary Camaro and Corvette. For 1990, a Beretta convertible conversion was selected as the Indianapolis 500 pace car; though a replica was initially considered as a convertible, the production replica was offered as a coupe.
During its production, the Beretta was assembled alongside the Corsica and Pontiac Tempest sedans (the latter, sold only in Canada) in GM facilities in Wilmington, Delaware, and Linden, New Jersey.

Common 1995 Chevrolet Beretta problems
The 1995 Chevrolet Beretta has been reported to have several common problems based on complaints from owners of this car. The most frequently reported problem is the car stalling while driving. This issue is not accompanied by a specific average cost to fix or average mileage, making it difficult to determine the extent of the problem. However, the fact that it is the most reported problem suggests that it is a significant issue for many 1995 Beretta owners.
Another common problem with the 1995 Chevrolet Beretta is a leaking water pump, which may cause coolant loss and overheating. This issue is not unique to the 1995 model year and has been reported for other years as well. However, it is a common problem that can lead to more serious engine issues if not addressed promptly.
The 1995 Chevrolet Beretta is known to last a long time if properly serviced and maintained, with some owners reporting over 200,000 miles on their vehicles.
In addition to these common problems, there have been individual reports of specific issues with the 1995 Chevrolet Beretta. For example, one owner reported a problem with the dashboard reflecting onto the windshield, which can be distracting and potentially dangerous while driving. However, this issue does not appear to be widespread or a common problem for 1995 Beretta owners.
Overall, the 1995 Chevrolet Beretta has several common problems that can affect its performance and reliability. While the car is known to last a long time if properly maintained, regular repairs and maintenance can be costly. Additionally, specific issues such as stalling while driving and leaking water pumps can lead to more serious problems if not addressed promptly.

A pretty cool looking vehicle with great performance capabilities and good fuel economy! The handling is great and on my last road trip, I was able to get 420 miles per tank (16 gal) while driving at 80+ mph. The trunk space is fairly large and the bucket seating is very comfortable. The braking system and restraint system are excellent for high speed driving and safety!

I've had this car for almost 7 years and I absolutely love it! I can't imagine driving anything else. I really hope Chevrolet will come up with another Beretta in the future. Of course, I've had a few problems with the car, but what do you expect after 145,000 miles? Despite that, it's still running great and it's so much fun to drive. I drive it to work every day, which is a 70-mile round trip.
-
This is the best car that you've ever had! It rides great and you haven't had to put any money into it. Plus, you get average fuel mileage with it. :)
-
This is a great car if you enjoy speed, but not excessive speed.

I bought my first car last summer, a '95 Beretta. Despite having to replace many parts, I'm really happy with it. The back left part of the body is a bit wrecked, but I'm not too concerned because the engine noise is of such high quality. It really makes you feel like you're driving a great American car.

Hi there! I've been driving my Beretta for about 4 months now and I have to say, it's definitely more of a family car compared to my previous ones, even the z26. While it may not be the fastest off the line or down the track, it does have its perks. For one, it gets great mileage for a V6 and I've never had any issues getting from point A to point B. While it may not be the best choice for a thrill seeker, I would definitely recommend it for a young driver!
