- Summary: I own an Audi 2015 S5 Cabriolet. I bought this new from Strong Audi in Salt Lake City. On September 2, 2022, I was driving it on I 15 south of Provo UT. I was in the middle of 5 lanes of traffic all driving approximately 80/miles per hour. Suddenly, the engine shut down. Thank God the drivers around me were able to avoid me as I had to coast to the right lane at very slow speed. As explained by the service representative at Strong Audi my vehicle has a tendency to vapor-lock in high temperatures resulting in the engine shutting down! He further explained that parts were available for $ 2,200 to correct the situation, but since my vehicle was out of warranty this would be my responsibility. I am of course having the work done.

Beautiful car inside and out and what a joy to drive. Handles so confidently and smoothly. I also looked at BMW 335iX coupe (no camera and too harsh style), Mercedes E coupe (no 4-wheel option). The extra power over the A5 changes the car considerably. You can't go wrong if you pick this car.

July 2018: Still flawless. January 2017 update: I absolutely love my car! It has been a delight to drive and has had no maintenance issues. My son loved it so much that he went out and bought an S5 coupe! The only thing I wish was different is that the S5 doesn't come with front parking assist sensors, which I find surprising. The Sepang Blue Pearl color is awesome and I constantly receive compliments on it. The paint job is flawless, just like on our Q5. July 2016 Update: Since we do most of our longer trips in my wife's 2013 Q5, my S5 Cabriolet has only 12,100 miles to date. The car has run flawlessly, looks showroom new and continues to draw admiring comments wherever I take it. I found that reducing the tire pressure to 36psi all around made the ride better without any perceptible degradation in handling. I wish Audi would come up with a better composition for their brake pads, as I had to buy a pressure washer to deal with the constant accumulation of black brake dust on my wheels. When our Q5 needed brake pad replacement, Audi would not turn the rotors, which made a simple brake pad replacement job cost over $1,300. However, I still love my S5 Cabriolet!

After owning a BMW 335 Cab for 3 years, I decided to switch back to Audi. Although the BMW was nice, I experienced some issues with the Rub Flats and turbo. In my opinion, BMW's customer service could use some improvement. Despite having owned 6 BMWs since 1999, I have decided not to purchase another one. The Run Flats unfortunately ruined what could have been the best driving experience.

This S5 is the best car you've ever owned and you've owned a wide range of vehicles. It's fast, handles great, and the seats provide wonderful support. The 7-speed dual-clutch transmission has three modes and shifts quickly in manual mode. There's lots of power and the body style is lovely. It's incredibly functional and putting the back seats down creates an incredible amount of hauling space.

Hi there! I hope you're doing well. I wanted to share my experience with purchasing a CPO AUDI. While the car itself is great, I did run into a bit of trouble with the dealer. I was told that the car had not been in an accident and that the car-fax was clean, but when I got home, I noticed that the front end was misaligned. After running an auto check, I found out that the car had indeed been in an accident. The dealer did take the car back, but now they are reselling it as CPO and acting like it's perfect. I understand that CPO cars can be certified even if they have been in an accident, but I do believe that this information should be disclosed to the consumer. Thank you for listening to my experience!
