THE CONTACT ALSO STATED THAT THE DRIVER'S SIDE AIR BAG WARNING SENSOR WAS ALSO REPLACED BY THE SAME INDEPENDENT MECHANIC. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. - Consequence: IT IS POSSIBLE FOR THE HEATED WASHER MODULE TO IGNITE AND A FIRE MAY OCCUR.
- Remedy: DEALERS WILL PERMANENTLY DISABLE AND REMOVE THE HEATED WASHER FLUID MODULE. AN UPDATED PAGE FOR THE OWNER MANUAL WILL BE PROVIDED AND INSERTED IN THE OWNER MANUAL TO DOCUMENT THAT THE FEATURE HAS BEEN PERMANENTLY DISABLED AND REMOVED FROM THE VEHICLE. Overall, we really love this vehicle! However, we have been experiencing some wind noise that has been quite bothersome. We have taken it to the dealership four times to try and have it corrected, but unfortunately, there hasn't been much improvement. It's almost as if the windows aren't all the way up. While this has been frustrating, we still appreciate the great features of the car, such as the seats with A/C, which have been a lifesaver in the Florida heat. The car also drives beautifully!

I just bought a new ESV and I absolutely love it! It's a pleasure to drive and has great comfort. The only downside is the sound, but that's only because it has a Bose sound system. If you're looking for a car, I highly recommend this one :)

I'm only 5 feet tall and was scared to purchase this car. Boy was I pleasantly surprised! It handles beautifully and I have no problems at all with it. It is so beautiful inside. My boys love the DVD system. It is the King of SUV's! I'm so happy we purchased this.

This is an amazing SUV! They've improved the engine, which now boasts 403hp. Plus, it has a spacious trunk compared to the regular Escalade. While it may not be the most fun to drive around due to its size, it's perfect for long trips.

This SUV is even better than I expected! The new model is a dramatic improvement from the previous one. The design is more striking and eye-catching, making it impossible to mistake for any other SUV.

Firstly, I must say that the SUV looks absolutely stunning on the road. The design is beautiful and eye-catching. However, we have experienced some issues with the vehicle. Unfortunately, it has been in the shop more times than we can count. We have learned to wait until a few things need fixing before taking it in. Additionally, the wind noise can be quite loud on windy days, which may not be ideal for those seeking a quieter ride. We have been disappointed as we paid a lot for this vehicle. It is our hope to trade it in soon for a more reliable and quieter option. Thank you for your understanding.

I have owned my 2007 ESV for almost a year now and unfortunately, I have been extremely disappointed with my purchase. Despite spending almost $70,000 on it, the vehicle is much louder than I expected. As a company that prides itself on having 'the quietest ride ever', I was surprised to find that it is actually the loudest vehicle I have ever been in. The wind noise is so bad that I am already considering trading it in. I have taken it to the dealer five times, but unfortunately, the issue remains unresolved. I would advise against purchasing this ESV until some major changes are made.
