The Volvo XC60 T6 is an excellent vehicle for driving through traffic and merging on highways. It has a sporty feel that is more akin to a sports car than a truck, which is a significant improvement from my previous Jeep Grand Cherokee. The seats are incredibly comfortable, and I had no issues with back, leg, or neck pain or stiffness during a nine-hour trip. The leg extender provides excellent support. The center touchscreen is impressive, although it may take some time to learn the system. While the voice recognition system only works half the time for car-related commands, there are no issues when using it with Apple Car Play. I highly recommend the Volvo XC60!

The XC60 T8 is an amazing SUV that has proven to be reliable and efficient. With 400hp combined output, it is a beast on the road and handles very well. Although it may not be the quietest in its class, it is definitely the most fun to drive. The combined consumption for the 11k Kim’s driven is an impressive 4.2 l/100kms, which is absolutely insane for a 2 ton SUV. This includes daily work commutes, weekend trips, and longer road trips with charging every day when at home. The XC60 T8 is a great value for the money and its performance is unmatched by most other SUVs in its class, including the Lexus'. Overall, it is hard not to love the XC60 T8 with its beautiful interior and exceptional performance.

My wife wanted a more luxurious car, while I preferred a reliable, practical, and less expensive one. So, you could say I am biased from the start. We purchased the car via the Volvo overseas delivery program, which saved us $10k over the dealer sticker price. That's a plus! The car has many pros, including its bigger size, attractive exterior styling, good handling, plenty of power, smooth shifting transmission, comfortable leather seats, and numerous safety features. The car also has good mileage, which is great for us as we live in the countryside with little stop-and-go traffic. We have driven 2180 miles and achieved an MPG of 25.5. However, there are some cons to the car. The exterior paint is subpar, with little metallic content for an extra $650. The front cockpit for both driver and passenger feels cramped, and the center info center/control screen is difficult to operate while driving. I also dislike the electric parking brake, which is expensive to fix down the road. This car will be very expensive to repair when it happens after the warranty expiration, as it has too many electronic components that can break down over the years. Although the engine responsiveness is seductive and a clear winner over my 2014 Honda CRV, I will sell this car in the not-too-distant future as I will be alone and will not need two cars. Fundamentally, I do not like luxury cars. However, to be fair, I will say in its defense that I believe Volvo has produced a product superior in value, given all the features, to similar models of BMW and Audi. Update: I sold the car to my youngest son as I no longer need two cars. I am more glad that it is gone than not. I am just not interested in more luxurious vehicles.

The Fusion red car looks great and the seats are comfortable, making for a comfortable drive on the freeway. However, there are some downsides to consider. The car is slow to accelerate and has a terrible lag when pressing the gas. Additionally, the infotainment system is not user-friendly and the ride can be harsh on bumps. The gas mileage is also not as good as advertised, averaging 23 mpg instead of the expected 25-26. While the car may look new and modern, the electronics and engine feel outdated and clunky. Unfortunately, reselling the car was impossible, even when priced 3k below book for 2 months. In the end, I traded it in for a Mercedes at a loss. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this car.

Although the car has an attractive appearance, there are some issues with the system not booting up when the car is turned on, resulting in a lack of heat/AC or radio for approximately 15 minutes while driving. Additionally, the display screen only works with Android when the phone is physically plugged into the car, and the voice response is consistently unhelpful. The XC60 T8 hybrid is a stunning car. It handles smoothly in electric mode, but if you live on a hill, the charge may not last as long. Unfortunately, the gas mode didn't impress us as much as we hoped. Our 10-year-old Acura and Toyota trucks had more power. The twin engine may have affected the gas engine's efficiency, making it surprisingly noisy. We did experience some issues with the car lurching when trying to stop on a downhill slope, which we found to be dangerous. Although the car is complicated, it handles beautifully (especially with the added suspension option) and is undeniably one of the most attractive cars on the road. However, we wouldn't recommend lending it to a friend due to its complexity. Overall, it's a great car with some minor issues to consider.
