This car runs and drives incredibly smoothly. Power from the base turbo 4-cyl is plentiful, but gas mileage is a bit less than we expected, getting around 21 mpg. It's super comfortable, and the heated seats and steering wheel heat up fast and very evenly. The Android-based tech took a day or two to get used to (we are Apple users), but it works very well. Apple CarPlay works seamlessly.

I've purchased quite a few cars in my lifetime, but this one stands out as the first where I didn't have to visit the dealer for any issues within the first 12K miles. It's also a very safe car!

The vehicle does not have an AM radio, which is important for receiving emergency alerts. Additionally, the ride can be noisy and rough, which is unexpected for a luxury vehicle. Unfortunately, the owner's manual was not included and finding the windshield washer fill location was a challenge. Volvo's website was not helpful in this regard. The windshield washer fill is located on the driver's side near the windshield behind the hood piston, making it difficult to fill without a funnel. Lastly, the front of the hood is set far back from the front bumper, making it difficult to reach for those who are not 6'2

Volvo has made a decision to replace Sensus with Google in the 2023 models. Although the Volvo app is currently lacking the functionality of Sensus, an update is expected soon. While Google maps is a worthwhile improvement, it remains to be seen if the update will include the superior features of Sensus. Overall, Volvo is committed to providing the best possible experience for its customers.
