I bought this Olds Cutlass Supreme brand new in March of 1995 and it has been a great car ever since. I even had an aftermarket CD player added to it. Over the years, my sons have done a lot of work on it and it has never let us down. Although I made the mistake of having the dealer fix the blown head gasket way back, I should have let my sons do the work. Nowadays, we still use it as a backup car when my newer car has repair issues. Recently, I drove it on the freeway on I-15 to Rancho Cucamonga, Ca from the High Desert and it performed great. The AC works really well and it gets good gas mileage. When you step on the gas, it goes! Lots of people have tried to buy it, but it's worth a lot to us and we still need it. My late husband had hand controls added when it was brand new, grab bars & e-brake lever. He sure enjoyed driving it. GM reimbursed us for the hand control & grab bar equipment. When he passed away, I had those removed except for the grab bars. I drove it to work for quite a few years, doing a lot of California freeway driving. Hands down, it's the best car I ever bought. It has passed the California smog check every time with the first test.

I had been searching for this car for over a year and had given up finding one with a tan top and interior. Luckily, I finally found it! It has the 3.4l engine and I bought it with 33,000 miles. Now, it has 74,000 miles and it still runs like a dream. I wanted a bigger convertible that would be comfortable for my family to ride in and this car fits the bill perfectly. The only downside is that it can be a bit difficult to get out of the low-seated position in the rear. Over the years, I have had to replace batteries, brakes, tires, and the power antenna, but it has been worth it. Not a day goes by that I don't smile while driving this car. I still love it 1000%! How about you, have you ever felt this way about a car?

This Cutlass has been the best car I have ever had. I've only had a couple of issues with it since I've owned it - I had to replace the alternator and we had to have several CD players replaced under warranty. The ones I had kept giving an error message and wouldn't release the CD to eject it. This happened a few times, but finally, I got one that has worked for 3 years. The car rides like a dream and has been excellent. The interior and exterior still look like new when the car is cleaned up. If and when I have to trade it in, I'll definitely miss it. I've really enjoyed driving and owning this car.

My mom has a 1995 Cutlass Supreme Sedan LS and we are really satisfied with it. I will be getting my license soon and the Oldsmobile will be passed down to me. I can't wait! It's really fun to drive, with 170 horses under the hood. It may not be much, but it's definitely enough for its weight of 33** pounds!

I understand your frustration with the car. It seems like there have been a lot of issues with the controls, power windows, antennae, and trim. The plastic trim in the trunk panel and the paint on the wheels have also been problematic. Additionally, the dashboard rattles due to the use of different materials. I've owned this car for 3 months and already have to change the AC clutch. Additionally, the power steering pump is whining and I have to change 2 more sensors because it's idling higher than normal. This car only has 65000 original miles, but it seems like it's a typical 90s GM car that's always needing something. I'm not sure if I'll get another one.

Despite the intermittent stalling problem that developed after two years of ownership, this car has been a reliable and enjoyable ride. Despite our best efforts, the issue has persisted and we have explored all possible solutions. Despite the frustration of having to trade it in for a lower value, we remain confident in our decision to move on from this particular model. This experience has taught us to be more discerning in our future car purchases.
