I've owned my Eldorado for four years now and it has been a great experience. Despite being in three fender benders where I was rear-ended, my car only ended up with minor scratches while the other cars had body damage. The car has impressive power that you wouldn't expect from an older town car. The interior is spacious and comfortable enough to sleep in if needed. Overall, I highly recommend this car to anyone. Even at 180,000 miles, it still runs strong and quiet.

I must say, I really like Chevys, but I have to give credit where it's due - GMC really outdid themselves with this 4.9. I bought my Caddie about 4 years ago, and even though it had 171k miles on it, the engine was spotless and the original owner had kept it parked in a garage 24/7. It runs like a champ! I've had to replace a few minor things like the water pump, starter, and power steering pump, but as long as you do the oil changes regularly, this car runs great. I absolutely love the metal, chrome, and leather interior. I'm definitely old school, and this car has everything I could ask for!

Hi there! I just wanted to say that I really admire your car. It's amazing that you bought it back in 1990 when it was quite pricey at $32K. Even today, it still looks great and turns heads, especially the Touring Coupes which are quite rare to see on the roads in 2018. I understand that the interior was a bit over plasticized and prone to breakage, but that was quite common for most cars back then. Although the 4.5 Ltr. engine was a bit underpowered, it was still a great car. I mean, the Northstar engine was coming for the new coupe in 1992, so there wasn't much that could be done. Overall, I think it's amazing that your car is still going strong after 28 years. Keep up the good work!

The 1990 Cadillac El Dorado that my husband and I purchased a year ago has been a great car, despite the ABS box going out on it. With only 114,000 miles on it, we are determined to find a replacement and keep it for many more years to come.

I've always loved the styling of Cadillacs from this era. The longer hood, shorter rear, and wide stance give it a distinctive look that's not often found anymore. It offers a decent ride quality and good gas mileage for a full-size car. The 4.9L engine provides excellent power, with extremely ample power from a standstill. The transmission is probably the smoothest I've ever experienced, whether cruising or mashing the throttle to pass on the highway. Fuel economy is 17MPG where I drive city/highway, but more highway driving would yield up to 24MPG from what I've seen - thanks to the OD.

This car has been very well taken care of. Even though I bought it used at a dealership, it was evident that the previous owner loved it. I have had it for a little over two years, and while most of those were problem-free, I do need to note that the aftermarket extended warranty I paid for at the dealership paid itself off.
