This issue has prompted a recall of nearly 30,000 units in North America, including over 2,000 in Canada. Audi is addressing this problem through inspections, replacements if necessary, and software updates to monitor the battery and issue warnings in case of detected issues.
  • Coolant Leak in Motors: Some owners have reported coolant leaks in the motors of their Audi e-tron vehicles, which can contribute to motor failures and drivetrain issues. This issue has raised concerns about the reliability and durability of the vehicle's components.

Negative 2022 Audi E-tron car reviews

  1. Brannon Reinger 2024-10-14

This is my 4th Audi and unfortunately, I have had some issues with the AudiConnect feature. It has been difficult to connect and the app has not been working as expected. Despite this, the car itself is reliable and gets me where I need to go. I have been in touch with the dealership and Audi to address the issue, but unfortunately, it has not been resolved yet. As a long-time customer, I am disappointed that I have not been able to fully utilize the features I paid for, but I remain hopeful that a solution will be found soon.

  2. Randi McGlynn 2024-10-10

The vehicle has been experiencing electrical issues and has been in the shop for almost 5 months. Despite this, I have confidence in Audi USA's ability to resolve the issue. While the Etron may experience some depreciation, it is still a valuable investment. It is important to do your research before making a purchase, but I would still recommend considering an Etron. Thank you for your time.

  3. Milan Christiansen 2024-08-22

This car exudes luxury! The seats hug you and even give massages! The technology is phenomenal and very intuitive. The only downside is the battery life, which doesn't quite reach the advertised 224 miles yet. According to Audi, it needs about 3,000 miles, so I'm still waiting.

  4. Trenton Schmidt 2024-08-17

Your car should be taken to the mechanic every two months.

  5. Gilbert Collins 2024-06-19

Let's start by discussing the range of this vehicle. It seems to be quite low, especially if you use the AC or interface, which can drain the battery. It would be great if Audi could improve the range to at least 320 miles. Additionally, some customers may be disappointed by the lack of software upgrades available. While the ride is comfortable, some may find the seats to be lacking in cushion and quality. For a car that costs $74k, the interior could be better, especially when compared to top-tier Toyota Camry models. Overall, there is room for improvement, and I hope Audi takes customer feedback into consideration. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I'm glad to hear that you're enjoying the smooth drive and powerful pickup of the vehicle. It's great to know that the gadgets are easy to figure out, even if you're still learning how to use them.

  3. Arthur Rath 2024-09-26

Nothing cheap here. It's so comfortable! Don't wait! The only stress is the anticipation of a short-lived experience due to the limited mileage range.

  4. Tre Schroeder 2024-09-16

I'm glad to hear that everything met your expectations!

  5. Eusebio Zboncak 2024-08-22
