Common 2015 Volvo V60cc problems
The Volvo V60 Cross Country (CC) is a high-riding wagon produced by the Swedish brand that harks back to the past and maintains brand integrity.
One of the main issues with the 2015 Volvo V60 CC is its old engine and transmission, which make it less efficient and less enjoyable to drive compared to newer models.
Another issue with the 2015 Volvo V60 CC is its outdated interior, which features a tiny 7.0-inch screen and an array of tiny buttons that stand in stark opposition to the minimalist approach taken with the new XC90.
In addition to these issues, there are also reports of ongoing faults with the infotainment screen and driver/head-up display that Volvo cannot seem to fix.
Despite these issues, the 2015 Volvo V60 CC is still a decent car that performs as expected and aligns with the manufacturer's "Swedish luxury" ethos.
In terms of reliability, the Volvo V60 is not a top contender compared to other models, and it struggles in this area.
In summary, the 2015 Volvo V60 CC is a decent car that performs as expected, but it is let down by its outdated mechanical underpinnings and interior design, as well as its old engine and transmission, which contribute to its middling fuel efficiency and less enjoyable driving experience. Additionally, there are reports of ongoing faults with the infotainment screen and driver/head-up display that Volvo cannot seem to fix, which can be a major inconvenience for drivers. While the Volvo V60 is not a top contender in terms of reliability, some years are better than others, and it is recommended to go with one of the most reliable years if considering the Volvo V60 as a next car.
