2020 Mazda Cx-5 problems

mazda logo

The Mazda CX-5 is a compact crossover SUV produced by Mazda since 2012. A successor to both the Tribute and the slightly larger CX-7, it is Mazda's first model to feature the "Kodo" design language and the first model to be fully developed with a range of technologies branded as Skyactiv, including a rigid, lightweight platform combined with a series of engines and transmissions to reduce emissions and fuel consumption.

Since 2019, the CX-5 is positioned above the smaller CX-30. As of 2022, depending on the region, the CX-5 is positioned right below the larger CX-50, CX-60 or the CX-8 within Mazda's crossover SUV line-up.

The CX-5 has been the worldwide best-selling model offered by the brand every year since 2014, with record sales in 2019 when 444,262 units were sold globally. As of March 2022, cumulative sales of the CX-5 has reached around 3.5 million vehicles.

ENGINE PROBLEM

  • Date Of Incident: 2024-08-26
  • VIN: JM3KFABM8L0
  • Components: ENGINE
  • Summary: Low oil light came on at 52,764 miles, 300 miles before the next oil change on the manufacturer-recommended 7500 mile schedule. I've switched to a 5000 mile oil change schedule and will be monitoring oil level going forward for excessive oil consumption. I have always done oil changes every 7500 miles and have followed all other maintenance prescribed in the manual.

VISIBILITY/WIPER PROBLEM

  • Date Of Incident: 2024-08-01
  • VIN: JM3KFBAY0L0
  • Components: VISIBILITY/WIPER
  • Summary: The rear windshield wiper stops working while driving in a rainstorm. This has happened twice. The wiper works for 30-60 minutes and then stops. Was inoperable for the remaining 4 hours of the trip. When we took the car in for troubleshooting the 1st time, they could not reproduce the problem. After the second time the dealer was able to reproduce the problem. It appears to be related to the operating time and not the rain. Searching online discovered numerous Mazda CX5 owners reported the same issue. Our safety was at risk since we could not see out the rear windshield. The vehicle has not been inspected by the manufacturer. There were no warning lamps, messages, or other symptoms that warned us the wiper had stopped working. We noticed it had stopped by looking out the rear view mirror.

UNKNOWN OR OTHER PROBLEM

  • Date Of Incident: 2023-08-14
  • VIN: JM3KFBCM6L0
  • Components: UNKNOWN OR OTHER
  • Summary: The infotainment screen is malfunctioning and making selections on it's own without me, the driver, pushing any buttons or the screen. This is troublesome while driving as I then have to end calls or turn things down, etc. out of nowhere. This also means I am unable to take any calls while driving, which is also a driving hazard and not safe if an urgent call comes through to my phone. It is not usable at this point due to this malfunction. This has been an issue in previous years' models as well, and there have been recalls on this same issue. Not sure why or how this has not been resolved for future models, and is still being sold with this huge malfunction. This is a new vehicle with just under 30,000 miles and should not have this big of a malfunction this early on. There are tons of other owners that report this issue all over online as well. It is a known issue, but yet nothing has been done about it.

SEATS PROBLEM

  • Date Of Incident: 2024-04-06
  • VIN: JM3KFBCM5L0
  • Components: SEATS
  • Summary: The front seats, both electric and manual powered are rocking back and forth. Upon acceleration both seats will slightly rock backwards and then upon applying the brakes they will rock forward. It's almost like whatever is holding the seats still has a defected part or a defect somewhere else. This concerns me as a safety issue, if something were to happen and if I got into an accident, aren't the seats supposed to be secured and not have any slack or rocking in them? This has happened before on my driver side seat when I had a mazda service technician look at it he confirmed it needed to be repaired. For a whole replacement seat was estimated around $4,000.00. I was fortunate at the time to where my bumper to bumper warranty helped cover some of the cost, Mazda agreed to pay for the "parts" to fix the issue and I paid for the labor, only because I was slightly over the 36,000 mile warranty that comes with Mazda. Since the repair I was told it wasnt going to be 100% and I would still have some rocking but it wasnt as bad, that occurred around the year 2022. Now, when I have a passenger the same thing occurs. Unfortunately, I'm no longer in my bumper to bumper warranty and quite frankly this seems like a safety risk that Mazda is aware of.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM PROBLEM

  • Date Of Incident: 2024-08-06
  • VIN: JM3KFADM6L0
  • Components: ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
  • Summary: The infotainment screen kept moving on its own disconnecting my map while driving. I took it to Mazda and they updated the software but the infotainment continued to malfunction . The same issue happened with Mazda CX vehicles in 2016 and 2017 and they issued a recall for those cars. My 2020 CX-5 is experiencing the same “Ghost Touch Screen” but Mazda had not issued a recall. I ended up having to replace the infotainment screen, paid $ 912.67 for a manufacturer issue that was not created by the wear and tear of the car. Maybe other consumers are having the same issue.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM,UNKNOWN OR OTHER PROBLEM

  • Date Of Incident: 2024-06-10
  • VIN: JM3KFBCM8L1
  • Components: ELECTRICAL SYSTEM,UNKNOWN OR OTHER
  • Summary: The infotainment system has a known "ghost touch" issue. This issue caused a recall in prior models but that recall was not extended to current models. This is an extremely dangerous issue. The screen will turn on loud blasting music, randomly call people, turn off GPS, etc. at any given time. This has happened while I am driving at high speeds on the highway and has nearly gotten me into accidents. This is very concerning. I have reached out to Mazda and they acknowledge it is a known issue but claim it is not a safety issue. I have read multiple forums about this issue and the dangers it poses as it is well documented that distracted driving is incredibly dangerous. This has put multiple people at risk. Imagine accidentally calling your boss when you are driving, realizing the car is doing that when you are driving on an unknown route at high speeds. It is incredibly distracting and dangerous in the moment. Likewise, I have been on a call and the call is repeatedly put on hold or the screen has changed and it is incredibly distracting. Mazda claims this is not a safety issue however, the research is clear that distracted driving is a danger to the driver, passengers, and others on the road. Please conduct an inquiry into this issue. I am happy to provide my car for inspection or to share further information. The issue has been diagnosed and it is known, however the company refuses to issue a recall or pay for repairs.

UNKNOWN OR OTHER PROBLEM

  • Date Of Incident: 2024-06-01
  • VIN: JM3KFACM5L0
  • Components: UNKNOWN OR OTHER
  • Summary: Ghost touch issue with touchscreen. It causes calls to go on hold, navigation to stop in unknown areas, sometimes in areas without service, and other distracting issues such as skipping songs. I’m fixing it, but it appears to be a common problem and it costs over $600 to fix.

UNKNOWN OR OTHER PROBLEM

  • Date Of Incident: 2024-01-01
  • VIN: JM3KFADM8L0
  • Components: UNKNOWN OR OTHER
  • Summary: The car's screen/touch screen has a "ghost touch" issue. It automatically changes car settings while I am in the middle of driving which is causing driving safety issues. It will change radio stations, mess with navigation, screen brightness, clock, etc.
2024-05-18

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM PROBLEM

  • Date Of Incident: 2024-05-18
  • VIN: JM3KFADM7L1
  • Components: ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
  • Summary: When driving the infotainment system will switch to sound settings by itself and play the navigation volume to full capacity and says something like "navigation will play at this volume". If I try to stop it or turn it down, it just turns the volume back up again & says the same message. This is dangerous while driving due to the fact it startles you and causes a major distraction. I have not had it looked at by the dealership yet. I have seen online where this seems to be a common problem among Mazda infotainment systems with a touch screen.

POWER TRAIN,ENGINE PROBLEM

  • Date Of Incident: 2024-02-26
  • VIN: JM3KFACM8L0
  • Components: POWER TRAIN,ENGINE
  • Summary: Low oil level indicator came on at roughly 55,000 miles only about 3000 miles after last oil change. Car was immediately stopped and towed to the nearest Mazda dealer. Dealership confirmed oil level was low. Car appears to me consuming excess oil. Oil consumption test pending.

FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE PROBLEM

  • Date Of Incident: 2024-02-22
  • VIN: JM3KFBCM8L0
  • Components: FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE
  • Summary: Emergency braking brought car to a complete stop while traveling around at approx. 35 MPH with no car or anything else in front of the car on a wide and clear town street. Car would then not go into park and only after a couple of mins did it go into park and car was able to be driven.

UNKNOWN OR OTHER PROBLEM

  • Date Of Incident: 2024-02-11
  • VIN: JM3KFADM1L0
  • Components: UNKNOWN OR OTHER
  • Summary: While backing the vehicle the rear camera sometimes goes off because the screen in the car keeps switching itself to night mode, radio channel, Bluetooth, clock setting and sometimes the screen freezes which is very dangerous while reversing. The car is a CX5 Mazda Touring 2020. I called Mazda dealer today he told me it will cost me $300 to $400. There are no sign of malfunction on the dashboard so far but the radio screen keeps malfunctioning all the time especially when driving and reversing, it been happening for the last 5 days.
2023-12-13

UNKNOWN OR OTHER PROBLEM

  • Date Of Incident: 2023-01-01
  • VIN: JM3KFADM7L0
  • Components: UNKNOWN OR OTHER
  • Summary: When I would stop my car while driving (at a light, a stop sign, traffic, temporary stops for yielding, etc.), the infotainment system would start randomly selecting things on the screen. This would include adjusting volume settings, randomly dialing people from my contacts, canceling navigation systems, etc. This created distractions while trying to drive my vehicle after stopping, including noise issues and inability to navigate places safely. This issue was ongoing for nearly a full year after purchasing my car. Once I finally had the change to take it to the dealership, they reproduced the issue and confirmed it is a common problem. After telling us it was not covered by warranty and my wife applying pressure on them, they replaced it saying they would submit a warranty appeal to Mazda. There were no warning lights or messages, it just began happening not too long after buying the vehicle. The contact stated in August of 2019, NHTSA announced Mazda was conducting a Special Service Program to fix the same issue happening as the contact reported in the 2014-2016 Mazda3. Hopefully this will add to the need for a recall or requiring Mazda to do a similar type of program for 2017-2020 CX-5s.

SERVICE BRAKES,FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE PROBLEM

  • Date Of Incident: 2023-11-09
  • VIN: JM3KFBDM5L0
  • Components: SERVICE BRAKES,FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE
  • Summary: While driving forward in a straight line during broad daylight at approximately 40mph, the car in front of me slowed and turned right onto a side street. I applied brakes to slow myself (to ~25mph I estimate) until the car in front of me was fully out of my lane. Once the car in front of me was out of my lane, I released the brake in order to accelerate back up to the speed limit, but before I could press the gas pedal the car suddenly slammed on the brakes, beeped warning beeps, and displayed BRAKE on the dash. It did this for less than a second before deactivating. It did not fully stop the car. It just caused a sudden, severe braking event and then the car returned to normal operations. This exact road scenario (car in front turning right onto a side street while traveling at city speeds of ~30-40 mph during daylight) has caused the sudden temporary automatic braking twice, and two other times in this same scenario the BRAKE warning displayed and sounds activated but without automatic braking. These four events occurred within the less than one year that I have owned the car. One of the automatic braking incidents happened in cold temperatures on snowy/icy road conditions. The other occurred in traffic with vehicles following behind my car close enough to risk a rear-end collision. I have reached out to a dealership to request the safety sensors be inspected, but I have seen on internet communities [XXX] and [XXX] ) that many people have encountered this exact behavior (sudden unexpected braking) in the exact same scenarios (car ahead turning right). ELECTRICAL SYSTEM PROBLEM

  • Date Of Incident: 2023-10-24
  • VIN: JM3KFADM0L1
  • Components: ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
  • Summary: Sporatically and randomly, the user instrument panel will make changes and adjustments automatically. For instance, it will switch to nativgation at full volume and state that "the navigation will be at this volume" (at max volume) when previously muted. It's alarming. It will also randomly call the last person dialed over the car speakers. It switches settings on its own and beeps during that process for each change, which when it's not driver initiated, catches the driver by surprise. An employee confirmed that "ghosting" is an issue that they are seeing quite a bit. On a new vehicle, this is an unfortunate extra $200.00 out of pocket as warranty deductible that seems more of a recallable factory defect.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM PROBLEM

  • Date Of Incident: 2023-10-01
  • VIN: JM3KFABM6L0
  • Components: ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
  • Summary: The display screen just starts adjusting the navigation volume on it’s on while I’m driving. Or it will change the radio station, change to the Bluetooth on my phone or change to a different screen all by itself. This started not long after purchasing the vehicle. August 2021.

SERVICE BRAKES PROBLEM

  • Date Of Incident: 2023-09-02
  • Number Of Injuries: 1
  • VIN: JM3KFBAY0L0
  • Components: SERVICE BRAKES
  • Summary: On Septmber 2, 2023 the car had been on a 4 hour road trip. I came into the driveway, left the car running in Park with the brakes on (listening to music while I cleaned the car out) it was idylling for about 5 minutes. I went to the drivers side door, which was open and reached in to turn the car off using the start/stop button. Before I could turn the car off, it started backing up and the door ran over me. The car was definitely in Park and the Brake was on. There was no reason for the parking brake to disengage.

FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE PROBLEM

  • Date Of Incident: 2023-09-13
  • VIN: JM3KFBBM2L1
  • Components: FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE
  • Summary: Automatic Emergency Braking (Mazda's Smart City Braking Feature) will randomly trigger even when there is no vehicle/person/object/obstruction present in the road infront of you. It has occurred going over railroad tracks and made by car go from 30 mph to 0 in a second. It has occurred switching lanes into an empty lane and triggered it. It has also picked up the center medians as an object it should hit the emergency brake for. This is insanely problematic when a vehicle is following behind you and this system is essentially brake checking them out of nowhere. In the past, dealers have said to just turn the sensitivity down. This does not fix it. In addition, I have gotten "BRAKE" warnings from the car on the highway (does not engage because I am at a speed faster than the emergency braking allows) but this is quite unnerving when you are on an open highway going 75 mph and your car is wanting you to brake.
2023-08-07

SERVICE BRAKES PROBLEM

  • Date Of Incident: 2023-07-31
  • VIN: JM3KFBAY6L0
  • Components: SERVICE BRAKES
  • Summary: My car only has 32000 miles on it and I was told that I need new brakes and calipers. My car is making grinding and creaking noises when I back up, stop or get into it. Because of these brake issues it feels like the car is taking longer to stop. I have never had a car that needed this extensive of a brake job at 32000 miles. This seems excessive.
2023-07-21

STRUCTURE PROBLEM

  • Date Of Incident: 2023-03-10
  • VIN: JM3KFBEY8L0
  • Components: STRUCTURE
  • Summary: When driving at highway speeds, when there are strong crosswinds, as there are prone to be in my area, depending on which way the wind is coming from both doors will make a screeching/howling noise. This noise is very loud and extremely distracting. When it first happens it is very jarring, and depending on the wind conditions can go on for miles, making it very hard to hear anything else. I have taken the car to two dealers who refuse to fix it because they state they cannot reproduce it but it is not something that can be reproduced without specific conditions, but they are aware it exists as they have a TSB indicating how to fix it.

Negative 2020 Mazda Cx-5 car reviews

  1. Nasir Hermiston 2024-11-15

After researching for a month, I narrowed down my search for a safe and reliable SUV for my new driver in a couple of years to the Mazda CX-5, Subaru Forrester, and Honda CR-V, all top safety picks on IIHS. I decided to purchase the 2020 CX-5 Grand Touring Reserve turbo AWD, which is a step below the signature trim. The exterior of the car is stunning, and I opted for the Gun Metal paint, which looks great. The interior is minimalistic on the dash, but the materials used are of high quality and well put together. The heated and cooled seats are amazing, and I love the Heads-up display, which is a great option for new drivers to maintain eye/road contact. The transmission is great, a true 6 spd automatic. However, I rated this vehicle 3 stars because it is a 4-cylinder turbo, and I expected it to have the Mazda zoom zoom quality, which it doesn't. The GTR was not impressive during the test drive, and the GT with premium pkg (non-turbo engine) had almost identical pick up and acceleration. The engine noise is loud, especially if you try to drive it to enjoy. The Bose radio system is inadequate for the price range, and the steering wheel is too thin. It needs to be thicker. Although the car has some downsides, I believe it is still a great choice for a new driver. This is the brand that promotes sportiness. Although some have said that the handling on this car is fun and lively, I respectfully disagree. While it may not be a 'sporty' sport utility, there are still plenty of great options out there, such as BMW, Porsche, or Audi. The interior of the driver's seat and passenger seats could benefit from better design for the middle console. It takes up leg room (width) that could be added back, and there is not enough storage for coins on the dash and elsewhere. Additionally, the center armrest is set too far back to rest your arm comfortably, and it would be great if it could move. The infotainment system is also quite outdated and takes longer to react than my other vehicles that are much older. The auto braking and other features don't seem to react quickly either. I have come to a complete stop and then the heads-up display will say 'Brake' in a quick braking situation. However, I have driven over 50 cars in the last 21 years of marriage, and I must say that I love cars. While I thought this car was the best of the best after all the video reviews, I will say that the Forrester was just as loud on the engine noise, and its transmission CVT wasn't good. However, I felt the extra room and look were nice. Had the Subaru dealer worked as hard on the deal, I would have bought the Touring Forrester after the two test drives, but they didn't work as hard on the numbers as Mazda. Mazda has the better reliability of the two vehicles as well. I think resale value on this car will be an issue if you want to get out of it sooner than later. Nevertheless, I got a great deal on the vehicle, and the 0% financing was a great addition that pushed me to make the decision a year earlier than I anticipated. I think this car will be reliable and enjoyed by my daughter in the future, as it is well made and safe. With all the great quality and items that I see in this car, I would rather spend 6-10k more and buy a Toyota Highlander. The Highlander is bigger, but the ride is so much better. The V6 is smooth and quiet, and overall, I think the Highlander is just as pretty as the CX-5 in the right color combination. One thing to note is that I have filled up the gas with Premium gas and didn't see too much difference in the acceleration. I did see a difference in getting to around 3500 RPM-5500 RPM. If I were buying again and could get the Subaru Forrester Touring at the same price, I would go for the Subaru. Yes, the transmission isn't as good, and they don't offer the heads-up display or turbo, but you don't feel the turbo in the Mazda. I think Subaru has better safety technology that reacts quicker. Overall, I would recommend this car over the CRV, RAV 4, Lexus NX, any GM, Ford, or Jeep that is comparable in size.

  2. Delmer Bergstrom 2024-11-03

I had the pleasure of driving the CX-5 as a rental for 2 months. While I found the engine to be a bit underpowered and the acceleration to be lacking, I did appreciate the advanced electronics such as the electric parking brake and sport mode. The fuel mileage could have been better for a smaller engine, but the brakes were impressive and I particularly liked the side mirror impact warning signal. Overall, I had a decent experience with the CX-5 and would recommend it with some reservations.

  3. Waino Senger 2024-09-09

I purchased the 2020 CX-5 'Signature' model two months ago. While I appreciate the car's features, I have found the driver's seat to be uncomfortable due to its narrowness and hardness. The leather seats, while stylish, are also quite hard. The back seats are not spacious enough for three adults or three child seats. Additionally, the seat belt is too tight and can be uncomfortable, even when the seat is pushed back as far as possible. The climate control is acceptable, but not exceptional on hot days. However, the car is mechanically sound and responsive, with a sporty switch that I found to be a fun feature. The 360-degree view of the car's surroundings is also a cool feature. While I have had some issues with the auto hold parking, I am hopeful that the dealer will be able to fix it. Overall, I think the car is decent, but I am not convinced that it is the best in its class. I apologize, but I would not purchase it again.

  4. Rico Predovic 2024-08-26

Issues: I have been experiencing some problems with my car. The front and rear windshields get water droplets on the inside, which is winter-related. Additionally, the front windshield has white haze/splatter marks that are visible at night while raining, making it difficult to see out of the windshield. The backup cam works for backup and a few minutes into the drive, but then disables due to poor visibility, which is also winter-related. The headlights go from low to high beam randomly, and I am unable to use high beam manually. Moments after turning the car on, the radio blasts, and lastly, the sunroof exploded. Unfortunately, the service department has been unable to duplicate the windshield issues, and therefore, they are unable to resolve them. As for the other issues, they are recent, and I am hopeful that they will be resolved soon. I have been a loyal Mazda customer for 10+ years, and I am confident that Mazda will take care of these issues. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

  5. Dino Brekke 2024-08-22

I was thrilled with my purchase of this vehicle in July 2020. The summer and fall drives were fantastic, and I had no complaints. The SUV is sharp both inside and out, loaded with great options, and it handled very well. However, when winter arrived in Manitoba, I encountered some issues. Whenever the temperature dropped below -23 Celsius, I found that the front window motors weren't strong enough to drive the windows until the car was very warm. Additionally, the front doors had to be slammed shut 5-7 times to ensure they closed, and the suspension/steering was extremely stiff. When I brought these issues to the dealership's attention, I was informed that they could not be fixed as

Positive 2020 Mazda Cx-5 car reviews

  1. Grant Graham 2025-01-09

Just reached the 10,000 mile plateau on my Mazda CX-5 and I still love it! The car has a nice and tight feel when driving it around turns, and the comfortable leather seats and quality trim inside make for a great driving experience. The ACC is fantastic and I'm happy to report that I get over 27 mpg, even when driving mostly in-town. While there are some areas that Mazda could improve upon, such as the BOSE needing more bass and the rear camera being weak, overall I'm very satisfied with this car. The variable rain adjusting wipers could be better, but this may be true on most cars. The infotainment screen could also be larger, but that's a minor issue. Mechanically, this car is top notch and the ACC makes it a true Highway Star!

It's a very comfortable car and you can get the Grand Touring option for even more comfort. The Bose system is great for music lovers.

The car drives and handles well with sufficient turbo power, but I did find the ride to be a bit harsh. I would like to test drive another one to make sure that the tires weren't overinflated on the one I tried.

The interior of this car is the best part. We have the Grand Touring trim and it feels far more premium than we would have guessed. The seats are very comfortable and the car is extremely quiet, especially compared to the Ford Focus we were coming from. The car's performance is middling, not terrible, but you won't be smoking anybody off the line with that base engine. If you're gentle on the throttle, you can get 27/28 mpg city and low 30s on the highway, which surprisingly beats the much smaller Focus in the city. It's a super usable car, very high on utility. The seats fold down easily, the 40.20.40 split is nice, they fall flat and you get about 5 feet to put stuff into. We're a small family of three and it fits us perfectly. However, the infotainment system is the lowest point of this car. It's painfully slow, clunky and the Android Auto integration often drops out. Bluetooth is pretty solid though. If you want a great software experience, you may want to avoid this car. Another low point is the AC. In Texas, this car struggles at high temperatures. The fan isn't that fast and this model doesn't have the cooling seats, you've gotta move up a couple of trim levels to get that. Other tech is also pretty bad. The lane keeping is borderline dangerous, as it won't keep you in a lane. The auto braking hasn't kicked on from a short stop yet, but it's supposed to be there. The traction control worked well in the snow, I have the 2WD version and felt fine on a trip. The giant wheels also don't really create much noise which was a nice surprise. Overall, it's a very nice car that does car things really well and really struggles with newer tech. As of October 2021, we've noticed that the MPG is 24-25 city when my heavy-footed wife is driving, 27-28 city when I'm driving.Hi there! I hope you're doing well. I wanted to share my thoughts on the car I've been driving. While there are a few things that I find annoying, like the infotainment system, there are also some great features that I love, such as how quiet the car is. I was really impressed with the fuel efficiency on a recent highway trip, getting 34mpg at 65mph without any electrification. However, I have noticed that the stock Toyo tires can be a bit noisy on sharp corners, which can be a bit concerning. On the bright side, the forward collision auto-braking system really saved me from a potential accident. Overall, I think this car is fantastic and I would give it 5 stars. It does so many things right and very few things wrong. Thanks for reading!

This car has some great features, such as its steering and handling, which are much better than some of its peers like the Forester, CRV, or even the upscale X3 or GLC. It also has good reliability. However, there are some negative points that bother me greatly. Firstly, the base engine is simply inadequate, making merging into highway traffic a big ask. Secondly, the 22mpg city is too low for such a pathetic engine, although 32 highway is okay. Thirdly, the combination of low mpg with a small fuel tank makes for very annoying refill stops every 250-275 miles. I got used to refilling my diesel CX5 every 400 miles, and my diesel Mazda 6 wagon in Europe was good for 600 miles in mixed driving. Fourthly, the door's materials are still cheap, leaving a lot of spots and scratches, especially on the glossy plastic near the gear selector area and door handles. Fifthly, the only enjoyable spec of 19
