VEHICLE USED LOCALLY ONLY TO TRANSPORT GRANDCHILDREN AGES 1 AND 4 AND SHOPPING. I TASTED SOMETHING LIKE THE END OF TONGUE AND TIGHTNESS OF CHEST. USED SLEEP APNEA MACHINE TO BREATHE. GRANDSON UNEXPLAINABLE OFF/ILL FOR PERIOD OF TIME WITH NO ANSWER. FINALLY, MY WIFE TOOK VEHICLE INTO LEXUS AS THIS HAD TO BE THE PROBLEM. LEXUS GAVE US A LOANER AND WE ARE AWAITING DIAGNOSIS AND REPAIR OR EXCHANGE. NOTIFIED CORPORATE AND PREVIOUSLY TOLD REPAIR MAY TAKE UP TO A MONTH.

I HAVE BEEN TO THE DEALER TWO TIMES AND BOTH TIMES THEY HAVE TOLD ME IT'S THE WAY THE CAR IS. THEY BLAME ON TORQUE STEER BUT THIS ALWAYS VEERS TO THE RIGHT UNDER ACCELERATION OR NOT. IT'S MUCH WORSE UNDER ACCELERATION BUT IT'S ALWAYS DRIFTING TO THE RIGHT. WHEN I ASKED THEM TO CHECK ALIGNMENT THEY HAD AN ISSUE CHECKING IT BECAUSE IT WAS SO NEW. I HAVE BEEN DRIVING THE CAR LIKE THIS FOR THE LAST COUPLE OF MONTHS AND IT IS GETTING WORSE. I CAN'T EVEN HAVE IT CHECKED BY AN OUTSIDE MECHANIC OR SUSPENSION PLACE BECAUSE NO ONE HAS THE SPECS FOR MY CAR IN THEIR ALIGNMENT MACHINES. AT FIRST I THOUGHT THAT'S JUST THE WAY THE CAR IS BECAUSE THE DEALER CONVINCE ME BUT IT'S GETTING TIRESOME CONSTANTLY PULLING THE STEERING WHEEL LEFT TO GO STRAIGHT. AT THE SAME TIME ALL FOUR DOORS DID UNLOCK ( WHAT IS STANDARD ON LEXUS) . AT THE SAME TIME SOMEONE WALK BY THE CAR, OPEN THE FRONT PASSENGER DOOR AND STEEL HER PURSE . LOOSING A PURSE IS NOTHING, BUT IF A CHILD WAS SITTING THERE AND THE MAN DECIDE TO KIDNAP THE CHILD OR STEEL THE CAR THAT WOULD A DIFFERENT STORY. AT LEXUS THE ANSWER IS THAT THEY CANNOT CHANGE THE PROGRAMATION, I THINK THEY DO NOT WONT TO CORRECT THE SERIOUS SITUATION . PLEASE HELP TO PROTECT FROM THIEF ,KIDNAPER AND SEX OFFENDER. ON JUNE 18, 2015, A FRIEND SUGGESTED THAT I TOOK THE CAR FOR A LONGER HIGHWAY TEST DRIVE AND DISCOVERED THE CAR IS STEERING OFF TO THE RIGHT ON HIGHWAY 15 FROM LAS VEGAS, NV TO PRIMM, NV. I CONTACTED THE DEALERSHIP AND RETURNED THE VEHICLE. ON JUNE 22, LEXUS OF LAS VEGAS CALLED AND SAID THAT THEY HAVE REPLACED LOWER CONTROL ARM AND SAID THAT THE ALIGNMENT IS WITHIN RANGE. ON JUNE 23, I RETURNED THE VEHICLE AND COMPLAINING THE CAR IS STILL STEERING OFF TO THE RIGHT. ON 27TH, I WENT TO PICK UP THE CAR, LEXUS SAID EVERYTHING WORKS JUST FINE BUT THERE WAS NO REPORTS GIVEN. ON JUNE 30, I TOOK MY CAR TO THIRD PARTY ALIGNMENT RECOMMENDED BY FIVE OTHER MECHANICS TO SEEK A SECOND OPINION ABOUT THE ALIGNMENT OF MY VEHICLE. THE 4 DIFFERENT SHOP MECHANICS TEST DROVE ALONG WITH A ALIGNMENT SHOP SAID THIS CAR'S ALIGNMENT IS NOT PERFECT. ON JUNE 30, I TOOK THE CAR BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP. THE DEALERSHIP IS REFUSING TO DO ANY ALIGNMENT ADJUSTMENT WITHOUT LEXUS CORPORATE INVOLVE. I MUST WAIT UNTIL AUGUST 12. IN THE MEAN TIME, I AM RISKING MYSELF AND GENERAL PUBLIC'S SAFETY TO DRIVE A CAR WITH AN ALIGNMENT ISSUE. IS THERE SOMEONE WHO WILL BE WILLING TO HELP?

WITHIN 24 HOURS OF PURCHASE, WE NOTIFIED THE SELLER THAT THIS VEHICLE IS PULLING (DRIFTING) TO THE RIGHT. THE SELLER SAID: "IT'S A ROAD FAULT!" WE DIDN'T TRUST HIM, BECAUSE "THE PULLING" WAS REALLY NOTICEABLE ON ALL ROADS. I HAVE TO "FIGHT" WITH IT TO GO STRAIGHT! IT'S VERY DANGEROUS! SO, WE MADE THE FIRST AVAILABLE APPOINTMENT WITH LEXUS OF SILVER SPRING. ON MONDAY, 01/ 05/ 2015 THEY GAVE US INVOICE # [XXX]. THEY SAID THE CAR IS INDEED PULLING TO THE RIGHT, BECAUSE THE INSTALLED ALIGNMENT DOESN'T MATCH/FIT THIS NEW LEXUS MODEL. THEY NEED TO ORDER AND REBUILD/ REINSTALL THE WHOLE ALIGNMENT. IT'S GONNA TAKE MINIMUM A FEW WEEKS. THE SERVICE INVOICE STATES: "AFTER TECH TEST DROVE WITH THE VEHICLE. NOTICED VEHICLE PULLING TO RIGHT WAITING TO GET ALIGNMENT UPDATE WILL CALL BACK TO THE CUSTOMER AS SOON AS WE GET UPDATE" WE CONTACTED THE SELLER AND TOLD HIM THAT WE WANT TO REJECT THE CAR THEY SOLD US, BECAUSE IT'S FAULTY/ DEFECTIVE! IT'S REALLY UNSAFE AND WE AFRAID TO DRIVE IT. WE BOUGHT A NEW CAR NOT TO WORRY ABOUT REPAIRS ON THE SECOND DAY OF PURCHASE! WE BOUGHT THIS CAR TO DRIVE KIDS AND WE PAID PREMIUM FOR THE GOOD BRAND. Components: SERVICE BRAKES, HYDRAULIC:ANTILOCK/TRACTION CONTROL/ELECTRONIC LIMITED SLIP
Summary: Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing (Toyota) is recalling certain model year 2015 Lexus NX200t vehicles manufactured December 18, 2014, to February 2, 2015. These vehicles are equipped with an Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS), Traction Control System (TRAC), and Vehicle Stability Control System (VSC) which are controlled by an ABS actuator. A component inside the actuator may have been damaged during its assembly and may cause the actuator to not function properly.
Consequence: Under some driving conditions, when the ABS is activated, the malfunctioning ABS actuator could cause a loss of vehicle stability, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy: Toyota will notify owners, and dealers will inspect and replace the ABS actuator, as necessary, free of charge. The recall began on July 21, 2015. Owners may contact Toyota customer service at 1-800-331-4331.
