I live in Colorado and have driven my vehicle for 7,000 miles. It has taken me on some amazing adventures, including climbing the Monarch Pass (11,312 ft) and driving on the all-dirt Phantom Canyon Road. I've even gone off-roading and the vehicle handled it like a champ! With an average of 30.1 MPG, this vehicle has excellent gas mileage and is very reliable. I recommend using premium gas for even better performance. The only downside is the cost of replacing the AFS headlights, which can be around $200. Overall, I highly recommend this vehicle for any type of driver. An oil change costs me about $80 (synthetic) and lasts quite a while. It's a great investment, especially with its Toyota engine that can go for miles!

All in all, it sounds like a great deal! I agree with all the positive features mentioned elsewhere. However, I did come across a bit of an issue with an annoying noise coming from the dashboard a few months after having the car. It seems to be coming from the driver's corner of the dashboard and it's a high-pitched noise that occurs most on unsteady roads. I usually play music loud while driving, which helps to mask it, but it's still a bit of a disappointment.

The car is strong, secure, and doesn't shake at all. It's also comfortable and elegant.

After our last Lexus was wrecked in a weather-related accident, we decided to purchase this 2010 IS250. As owners of a GX460 and two other Lexus models, we were excited to try out this spunky little sedan with its many features. We've found it to be a fun car to drive, and the AWD is very good. While the back seat is a bit snug, we were already aware of this. Although the front door locks have acted up occasionally (not unlocking when we use the remote), this issue seems to have resolved itself in recent days. Overall, we're pleased with the IS, which is a great second car for the price.

My first year leasing the IS AWD has been good. It is a sporty looking pre-luxury all wheel drive vehicle, with top-notch reliability and a spectacular dealership experience. Although it may not be as fun to drive as the Audi/VW cars I have owned in the past, it does do a great job in the harsh Midwest winters. Its handling is okay but not sporty, and the ride is generally compliant but at times punishing. It may not always respond as quickly as I would like, but it still gets the job done. While I may not be as excited to drive this Lexus as I was my previous autos, I still appreciate its features and capabilities. I am looking forward to exploring other options when my lease is up, but I will always remember my positive experience with this car.

I recently traded my TSX for an IS250 AWD. After considering the G37, 335, TL, and WRX, I thought the IS had the most comfortable front seats. However, I was disappointed to find that the seats were not as comfortable as I had hoped. After driving the car for four weeks, I noticed a protruding bump on the driver's side that made it impossible to rest my right foot and leg in a proper ergonomic manner. This bump is part of the AWD transmission and has caused me to experience pain and discomfort while driving. Unfortunately, I regret purchasing this car and will not be buying an AWD Lexus sedan again. I may even be forced to trade it in after only 1000 miles. This situation is truly ridiculous.

Hey there! I noticed that you mentioned a serious flaw with the moonroof when it's fully retracted. It seems like the car vibrates and shakes quite a bit, especially when you're traveling around 50 to 60 mph. Have you tried closing the moonroof halfway? That might help stop the shaking. Let me know if there's anything else I can do to help!

I recently traded in my Audi A4 for the IS250, but unfortunately, I have been quite disappointed with my experience. The transmission is rough when shifting, and the car lacks the get-up-and-go that I was hoping for. Additionally, the blind spots are quite large, which has made me more cautious while driving and caused several near collisions. In comparison to my previous car, the Audi, which was fun to drive, the IS250 feels like more of a chore. In fact, I have decided to get rid of it after only one year.
