I just wanted to share how amazing my new car is! It was a graduation present and I couldn't be happier. As someone who used to drive a New Beetle, I'm used to smaller cars, and this one is the perfect size. The handling is amazing, and the GPS/nav is definitely worth every penny.

Congratulations on your new fully loaded Lexus IS250 with Xpack! The driving characteristics of this car are truly wonderful. You can expect the same level of quality, comfort, and technology that you would from any Lexus, with the added bonus of a sportier feel. After evaluating this car and a BMW 3-series, the Lexus won out easily in terms of quality, ride, and efficiency. While the BMW may have a better engine sound, you can always add F-accessories to the IS if you really need that sound. Plus, the handling on the IS is better. With fuel economy in the 25 range, this car is both efficient and fun to drive. The Smokey Granite Ext and Light Grey Int is a sharp look that I'm sure you'll love for years to come!

We've been driving this car for a month now and we absolutely love it! The exterior styling is the best in its class and the interior is top-notch. Every detail has been well thought out and the fit and finish are outstanding. While some reviewers may focus on the power, we consider this car to be a luxury car that is sporty, rather than a pure sports car. We also test drove the A4 2.0T Quattro (we used to own an Audi allroad) and we really liked it too, but the interior seemed outdated and the engine, although it had better kick, did not seem as refined as the IS250. In the end, we didn't want to be in the Audi shop all the time like we were with the allroad. The bottom line is that Lexus really did a fantastic job with this car!

I have been a loyal Lexus customer since 2005 and this is my third Lexus. I have always been satisfied with the RX models I previously owned, as they never gave me any trouble. However, my current car has been a bit of a disappointment. It has had several issues, including problems with the headers, timing chains, and sunroof leaks. Although the dealer has been helpful in fixing these issues, it seems like something else always goes wrong after I get it back. I really hope that Lexus takes notice of these issues and makes some changes, otherwise I may have to consider other options for my next vehicle.

I have owned three Lexus cars. My first one was a 2003 is300 and I absolutely loved it. However, I don't feel the same way about my current car. I have had several issues with it, including the airbag harness which cost me $2500 due to an airbag light, and the rear passenger axle which cost me $1000. Additionally, my exhaust has a leak which makes it loud, the door trim is coming off, and the window makes a loud noise and is slow when you roll it down. I have decided not to buy any more IS's unless it's the 300 again. Although I like the way the interior looks, it's not very comfortable for me as I'm 6ft tall. I have to push the seat all the way back and all the way down to get comfortable, and there's no headroom. I eventually sold my Lexus because it was burning 2 quarts of oil a month, which was disappointing. However, it never broke down on me. This is250 was definitely not like my is300 or my es330.

I purchased this vehicle after owning a 2006 250 IS. I really enjoyed the first model and was sad to let it go, but this car is not bad either. However, I did experience some issues with the rear tires having significant premature wear due to a suspension defect that the dealership did not disclose. Unfortunately, they blamed me for overinflating the tires, which was not the case. It's a shame that nowadays, people tend to avoid taking responsibility for their actions. I had to call for a service when I ran over a nail that deflated the tire, but I had only owned this pre-owned car for a year and put 8k miles on it, and the tires went from a '7' tread to a '2'. These Michelin Tires are guaranteed for 35k miles, but I only got 8k out of them. I am disappointed with the Lexus dealership and will not do business with them again. It seems like they care more about making a profit than the safety of their passengers and being honest about their vehicles.

My wife and I have been leasing an IS250 for 2 years. Although the car has some good sporty looks and a large screen navigation system, we have had a very negative experience with it. The ride quality is extremely poor, making it difficult to drive on the road. The seats are small and uncomfortable, and even at our height of 5'-6'', we feel cramped. Additionally, the wind noise is quite noticeable. Overall, we have found this car to be a disappointment.
