- Summary: It started shutting off at a light for autostop.but when it would turn green it would intermittently just drop out of autostop without restarting. Then may start back up or maybe not, many time after restarting at the light it would died in the middle of the inspection. A parasitic draw kept killing the accessory 12 V battery replaced the 12 V battery but the problem continued. When the truck was running it would run flawlessly,before stalling. The code said to replace the auxiliary fluid pump. I had it a new auxiliary fluid pump installed. After this the vehicle wouldnt crank. They then worked through a service bulliten fixing a list of areas were the harness was chaffed and shorted. The truck has been out of commission the past 10 months and intermittently started twice during this time, it ran rough for 5 mins and died out at the first stop sign and wont crank again. Some times it will crank but not start.

- Summary: Driving north on I-94, leaving the city of Chicago, the rear driver side tire (Bridestone Dueler P285/45R22) blew and the outer side wall seem to have a defect (weak side wall). This should never happen in a passenger car and the manufacturer should have better QUALITY CONTROL and prevent these defects from leaving the plants. I have a MS in Mechanical Engineering and have knowledge of the tire designs, as we did research for Firestone in the 1980's at my university, and this is definitely a defect within a weak part of the fabric in the sidewall. If you would like the tire for your investigation, please let me know ASAP. Other industries like the Medical and Pharma areas would not allow this kind of thing to happen and passenger vehicles with defective parts or components should never jeopardize any passenger to be in this kind of situation. Luckily, it was very early in the morning, with very light traffic, and no one in my car or any of the cars around me got hurt, as I was able to maneuver to the right side of the highway.

What a vehicle! It's so much fun to drive. I can even manipulate the truck to run on electric only around the neighborhood, which we've nicknamed the 'stealth mood'. I absolutely love this truck! As someone who has owned 8 new Suburbans, I can fully recommend this vehicle. It's truly awesome!

As someone who used to be a loyal Ford Expedition driver, I was growing tired and frustrated waiting for Ford to release an SUV Hybrid. However, I recently purchased this car and I am thrilled with it! The employee pricing made it an even better deal than what I had expected. I have already driven over 400 miles in town and it has exceeded my expectations in terms of fuel efficiency. In fact, I saved $15 on my first fill-up compared to my old Expedition, which is a significant saving. The car looks fantastic and drives like a dream. While I haven't taken it to San Diego yet, I am confident it will perform just as well. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase.

I own a paper recycling company and my customer base is very environmentally conscious. I recently purchased a new Yukon Hybrid that fits our company image perfectly. I have been very pleased with the vehicle's performance, as it has averaged 21.7 MPG over the last 3,000 miles. The car is not only more fuel-efficient, but also quieter and handles better than my previous Cadillac Escalades. I am planning on purchasing two more Yukon Hybrids for my company as soon as the leases are up on the Escalades. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase and believe that GM did a great job!

I bought the 2008 Yukon used in 2009 with only 1500 miles on it. What a truck! I'm averaging around 21.7 and I have a pretty heavy foot. I'm very happy with the truck, as it's getting better gas mileage than my BMW x3 with a weak six cylinder.

I purchased this truck brand new on New Year's Eve 2008. Although I have driven it for 7 months and 12k miles, I am disappointed with the fuel efficiency as I am only getting around 17 MPG. However, I am confident that with some adjustments to my driving habits, I can improve this. I have had to take it to the dealer twice for brake issues, but I am pleased that it was covered under warranty. The interior is nicely laid out, but the materials used seem to be of low quality. The driver's seat has ample leg and head room, but it could be more comfortable on long trips. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase. The truck has a smooth ride even at high speeds of 75-85 MPH. The cargo area is spacious when the 3rd row seats are removed. It is worth noting that the NAV system cannot be used without the radio being on.
