The Ford Super Duty (also known as the Ford F-Series Super Duty) is a series of heavy-duty pickup trucks produced by the Ford Motor Company since the 1999 model year. Slotted above the consumer-oriented Ford F-150, the Super Duty trucks are an expansion of the Ford F-Series range, from F-250 to the F-600. The F-250 through F-450 are offered as pickup trucks, while the F-350 through F-600 are offered as chassis cabs.

Rather than adapting the lighter-duty F-150 truck for heavier use, Super Duty trucks have been designed as a dedicated variant of the Ford F-Series. The heavier-duty chassis components allow for heavier payloads and towing capabilities. With a GVWR over 8,500 lb (3,900 kg), Super Duty pickups are Class 2 and 3 trucks, while chassis-cab trucks are offered in Classes 3, 4, 5, and 6. The model line also offers Ford Power Stroke V8 diesel engines as an option.

Ford also offers a medium-duty version of the F-Series (F-650 and F-750), which is sometimes branded as the Super Duty, but is another chassis variant. The Super Duty pickup truck also served as the basis for the Ford Excursion full-sized SUV.

The Super Duty trucks and chassis-cabs are assembled at the Kentucky Truck Plant in Louisville, Kentucky, and at Ohio Assembly in Avon Lake, Ohio. Prior to 2016, medium-duty trucks were assembled in Mexico under the Blue Diamond Truck joint venture with Navistar International.

Specific engine troubles include EGR failure, stalling engine while driving, and sudden loss of power. These problems can be costly and inconvenient for drivers, as engine replacement can be expensive.

Suspension issues were the second most common problem reported by owners. This difficulty was most apparent with the 2006 and 2011 models. Suspension issues can lead to an inability to control the car and may include expensive repairs, which may not last long if the vehicle is prone to wear and tear on the suspension.

Transmission difficulties were also reported by owners. However, the specific models affected and the extent of the problem are not detailed in the search results.

EGR failure is a specific engine trouble that has been reported by owners. The EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) system is designed to reduce harmful emissions by recirculating a portion of the exhaust gases back into the engine's combustion chamber. When the EGR system fails, it can lead to engine performance issues, increased emissions, and reduced fuel efficiency.

Stalling engine while driving is a serious problem that has been reported by owners. This issue can be dangerous, especially if it occurs while driving at high speeds or in heavy traffic. The cause of this problem is not detailed in the search results, but it may be related to engine or transmission issues.

Sudden loss of power is another engine trouble that has been reported by owners. This issue can be caused by a variety of factors, including fuel delivery problems, ignition system issues, or engine mechanical problems.

The "death wobble" is a specific suspension problem that has been reported by owners of the Ford F-250. This issue is characterized by a violent shaking of the vehicle, particularly at high speeds. The death wobble can be caused by a variety of factors, including worn or improperly balanced tires, misaligned suspension components, or issues with the steering system.

In summary, the Ford F-250 2015 has been reported to have several common problems based on complaints from owners. These issues include engine troubles, suspension problems, transmission difficulties, EGR failure, stalling engine while driving, sudden loss of power, and the "death wobble."
