The Chrysler LeBaron, also known as the Imperial LeBaron, is a line of automobiles built by Chrysler from 1931 to 1941 and from 1955 to 1995. - 1990–1994 AA-body (mid-size) LeBaron sedan
The last Chrysler LeBaron was produced in 1995, to be replaced with the Cirrus and Sebring. The LeBaron was one of Chrysler's longest running brands.

Fantastic! The all-white color scheme looks clean and modern, even though it's a 20-year-old design. The long hood/short deck definitely pulls off the luxury sport look. It has power everything and a radio that will take your head off. Plus, it has bottom-end guts for days and gets 28mpg on an auto trans!

This has been an amazing car! It has Japanese (Mitsubishi) technology which might explain its reliability. The 3.0 V6 engine is 'bulletproof'. It still has the original top and exhaust system. I only had to replace one set of pads on the front and the rear bonded are original. As a precaution, 2 years ago I changed the spark plugs, timing belt and water pump for a very meager sum. This car has been a blast! I only bought it because the price was really cheap due to needing transmission repair. I still have less than 3 grand in it and I've put 60,000 miles on it in less than a year. It was garage kept by a retired lady who took really good care of it, so my original top looks brand new and doesn't leak. Overall, this has been a wonderful, fun, and extremely economical ride. I have no complaints!

I wouldn't recommend buying a used LeBaron as they're not the best of Chrysler's products. They tend to have transmission issues, and many minor problems have arisen since I purchased mine. The top leaks, and there have been some strange electrical mishaps. However, the 6-cylinder engine has held up well with no problems after 110,000 miles.

The car has had some issues, including leaks and problems with the main belt. Despite having it fixed twice, the leaks persist. Additionally, the main belt has broken once, come off once, and required two belt stabilizer replacements due to persistent squeaking. The front ball joints have also been replaced at 55,000 miles. It is worth noting that the back seat may be cramped for additional passengers.

Although this is a fun car to drive, it's important to keep in mind that once it hits 6 or 8 years old, some issues may arise. Some common problems include a bad transmission, leaky roof and windows, and unexplained stalling. It's especially important to keep an eye out for leaks, as they tend to worsen with age. However, the car does drive quite nicely and maneuvers well under normal conditions.

I see that you've had a few Mustangs over the years! A 1987 white/deep red coupe in '88 and a blue on blue convertible in '94. Both sound like they were a lot of fun, especially for the lake. Now you have a 1995 white convertible with a gray interior and it sounds like you absolutely love it! It's great to hear that it's running perfectly and that you're taking it to the body shop for a total restoration before spring. I'm sure it will look amazing once it's done. It's no surprise that you get lots of compliments on it and even notes from people wanting to buy it. It's a great car and a fun second car, especially with the sharp black top, white bottom, and gray interior GTC combination. Enjoy the ride!
