I WOULD LIKE TO FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THIS KIND OF INJURY SHOULDN'T HAPPEN BECAUSE OF A SEAT BELT. I BELIEVE THAT THE DESIGN OF IT WAS INCORRECT AND THEY HAVE TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. *JB
