Nothing was in front of my car in the left lane. Luckily there wasn't a car on my rear bumper otherwise I would have been rear-ended. - Summary: Vehicle has only 1650 miles on it. It is driven conservatively especially so during the first 1000 miles of use “break in period”. Was leaving our neighborhood and the vehicle was searching for a gear, revving and jerking. Check Engine light came on. Limped the vehicle slowly back home and contacted dealer. Had vehicle towed to dealer and they diagnosed the issue as a faulty valve body. Part is on national backorder.

And The ECS Warning Came on. As Well as The Parking Break Service Lights and The Check Engine Light. ***The Steering Wheel Starting Locking, The Brakes Were Hard to Press.( It got Better 2. The Next Day [XXX] All of The Code Lights Came Back on, But Now The Shift Gear Wo0uld Not Work, Could Not Reverse or Move Forward. We Called Our Service Manager Scott. We were Towed The Next Day. ***All Codes Remained on. It is in Service Now at Serra Chevrolet-Southfield. We Do Not Feel Safe Driving This Vehicle We want them to Fix it for Others and to Give Us another Car. GM Ask the Dealers to Not Sell Certain Blazers for Safety Reasons. - Remedy: Dealers will replace all four door strikers and attaching bolts, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed January 24, 2024. Owners may contact Chevrolet customer service at 1-800-222-1020 and GMC customer service at 1-800-462-8782. GM's number for this recall is N232429911.

The Blazer is a truly enjoyable vehicle to drive, with its sleek design and comfortable fit. However, we did experience some issues with the vehicle detection system during rainy weather. It's important to exercise caution and not rely solely on the sensors when changing lanes in these conditions. We brought this to the attention of the dealer, who informed us that there have been some problems with the system. Additionally, we have been waiting for GM to contact us regarding the installation of park assist sensors, which were being installed on the 'ev's' at the time of purchase. We will be following up with GM to ensure that this is taken care of in a timely manner.
