2017 Mercedes-benz B250e problems
The Mercedes-Benz B-Class is a subcompact executive car manufactured and marketed by Mercedes-Benz since 2005. Based on the A-Class with larger dimensions, the European New Car Assessment Programme (Euro NCAP) classifies it as a small MPV.
Mercedes-Benz had presented a concept car Vision B Compact Sports Tourer at the 2004 Paris Motor Show. The concept previewed some features that would be available on the production B-Class. The Vision B was based on the layered platform, so that the drivetrain would be placed partly in front of and underneath the passengers.
As of December 20, 2013, delivery of B-Class vehicles reached 1 million since its launch in 2005.

Common 2017 Mercedes-benz B250e problems
The 2017 Mercedes-Benz B250e is an all-electric vehicle that offers a blend of eco-friendliness and amiable around-town utility. However, there are some common problems reported by owners of this car.
One of the issues reported by a B250e owner is a sudden breakdown of the car. The owner had taken delivery of a new B250e, which was fine for a few weeks before it stopped working. The car would switch on but wouldn't move. The owner had to take the car to the Mercedes-Benz workshop, where they struggled to diagnose the problem. After a few weeks, they decided that the car needed a new drive unit, which they didn't have in stock in the UK or Germany. The owner had to wait for the new drive unit to arrive, which could take some time, as the car is discontinued.
Another issue reported by some B250e owners is the limited mileage of the car. The B250e has a relatively short range compared to other electric vehicles, which can be a problem for long-distance travel. However, this might not be a problem for those who use the car for around-town driving.
The B250e also has some design issues that can be frustrating for some owners. The backseat's center position is only suitable for kids under 10, which can be a problem for those who need to carry more than two adults in the car. The cargo hold is spacious and has a flat load floor, but the hard-plastic dashboard trim and very firm seats can make the car uncomfortable for some passengers.
Finally, some B250e owners have reported issues with the car's charging system. The car is capable of 10 kWh charging, but the charging infrastructure in the US leans more towards 6.6 kWh charging. This means that it can take longer to charge the car, which can be a problem for those who need to travel long distances.
In summary, the 2017 Mercedes-Benz B250e is a car that offers a blend of eco-friendliness and utility, but it has some common problems reported by owners. These include sudden breakdowns, limited mileage, design issues, and charging system problems. However, the car has many positive features, such as luxury appointments, standard technology, and a quiet and smooth ride, which can make it an attractive option for those who are looking for a comfortable and fun-to-drive electric vehicle.
