The Jaguar F-Pace (X761) is a compact luxury crossover SUV made by Jaguar Land Rover, a British car manufacturer, under their Jaguar marque. It is the first model to be built by Jaguar in the SUV class. It was formally announced at the 2015 North American International Auto Show in Detroit, with sales commencing in 2016 following an unveiling at the 2015 International Motor Show Germany in Frankfurt.
The design of the F-Pace is based on the 2013 Jaguar C-X17 concept car. The 2017 Jaguar F-Pace has been named the honorary winner of the 2017 World Car of the Year and World Car Design of the Year Awards at the New York International Auto Show. The F-Pace is built at Jaguar Land Rover's Solihull plant along with the Range Rover Velar and employs an additional 1,300 workers.

An F-Pace production prototype made its public debut on 4 July 2015 by leading out the Team Sky professional cycle racing team during Le Grand Départ in Utrecht, Netherlands, at the start of the 2015 Tour de France. Customer deliveries started in April 2016 in Europe, and in May 2016 in the United States. The car made its official public début at the September 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show. Ahead of the Frankfurt Motor Show, an F-Pace, driven by professional stunt driver Terry Grant, performed a world-record-breaking 360 degree loop-the-loop.

Jaguar has the part on out of stock status and requires U.S. dealers to order from the UK with no confirmed eta (told could take 5-6 weeks). As you can see in the picture I was given of the issue, I cannot drive this vehicle and Jaguar refuses to provide any support or contribution to remedy the issue. This includes not providing a replacement vehicle while my vehicle sits at the dealership. My standard driving conditions with this vehicle are city streets and general highway - no off-road conditions. Also no towing by the vehicle (it has never had a hitch installed). Please investigate how such an important component to maintain safe driving conditions is allowed to go unresolved, and ultimately be pushed on the consumer as their problem. Can’t imagine what would happen if and when one of these truly breaks while someone is driving. I was informed of the issue by the dealer after a multipoint inspection. - Summary: For a few years there has been many repairs and complaints about the power steering in the Jaguar F Pace. I was driving home Friday in the rain when out of nowhere the power steering quit working and I almost wrecked in a turn. I looked at the fluid which is full and check to see any loose wires and see nothing. I tried to call Jaguar Customer service and they told me to reach out to the service department then call back if there is any issues. Right now I am down without a car and I don’t feel like I should be at fault and pay for a failed power steering system. In the turn the car said Power Steering Assistance Reduced. There are reports of the failed steering in thousands of their cars from the years of 2017 to 2020. Some say the box starts to designate and some say it allows water to get in and damages the electrical components. I know that the milage on my vehicle is 95,000 but highway driving doesn’t cause that to happen.

- Summary: I am writing to file a formal complaint against Carvana regarding the purchase of a 2017 Jaguar F-Pace. Despite driving less than 4189 miles, the vehicle requires extensive repairs costing $8,600.00 before taxes, with additional maintenance costs of $1,400.00. Carvana misrepresented the vehicle's condition, failing to disclose multiple engine and coolant leaks, which were discovered after purchase. They also did not inform me that an extended warranty was not available for the vehicle, and neglected to provide a copy of their inspection report details. The remaining vehicle loan is $28,000.00. Upon contacting Carvana about these issues, they stated that the car was outside the return window and refused further assistance. The repairs needed were massive and consistent with pre-existing conditions, indicating that Carvana neglected to perform adequate maintenance or disclose the damage. I am a remote worker and only travel to take my children to and from school daily. Despite this limited use, the vehicle has incurred significant damage, including massive oil and coolant leaks, posing a risk of injury to myself and my children, as well as the potential for explosion due to the extent of the leaks. Carvana's failure to disclose the vehicle inspection report at the time of purchase was a deceptive practice that concealed preexisting mechanical failures. This deceptive behavior placed me along with 4 minor children at risk of injury and a potentially catastrophic auto engine explosion or fire due to the extent of the leaks. Please investigate this known coolant leak issue that extends to oil engine issue it's many other owners are experiencing the same issue. This is why Carvana fails to offer extended warranty on purchase. This is a known issue impacting many other 2017 jaguar fpaces around or at same mileage mark. I recently sold my 2009 E350 with AMG package and I must say, I loved the stereo and the ride. However, the Jaguar is even better in both aspects. I also own a 2013 BMW 335XI which I love, but compared to the Jaguar, it's starting to feel a bit dull. My wife and I have been driving the F-Pace for seven weeks now and it just keeps getting better every day. The sport mode is super aggressive and incredibly responsive, while the standard driving mode is perfect for gliding along the interstate. We recently took a trip to the Gulf from Nashville and it was nothing short of fantastic. The front seats are superior to both the Mercedes and the BMW, and the cabin is very quiet with very little wind noise. This beast can get you in trouble fast, at 2500 RPM we found ourselves sailing along at 91 MPH (didn't mean to). I can't get enough of this vehicle, the sound system is superior to anything I've heard, with lots of bass and crystal clear mid and high ranges. I love streaming music from my phone with the easy BlueTooth pairing. I found myself buying music just to test the bass. Ours is British Racing Green in color and it is beautiful. While the cargo space seems a little tight, it was more than adequate to stow our luggage as well as my daughter's and her two little girls. Now, I crave driving it and wonder about the Jaguar sedans. If they're as good as the F-Pace, then I just might have to get one in place of the BMW!

I purchased my first ever Jaguar, a 2018 F-Pace Presige 3.5t V6, in July 2018 and have been absolutely delighted with it. Recently, I took a road trip from Minneapolis to Mount Rushmore, The Bad-Lands, Yellowstone, Grand Teton, Arches, Canyonlands, and back, covering 3900 miles in just 10 days. The F Pace was brilliant and handled all conditions exceptionally well. The ride was comfortable and quiet on highways, long hill climbs, and steep sharp corners. The acceleration to 80mph (Western Highways) was exhilarating. The storage was more than adequate with easy access. After 14,000 miles, I am ready for the second annual service with zero issues to date. I suspect this SUV will continue to keep company with my 1973 TR6 for a long time.

I purchased the car at 68,000 miles and have since put 22,000 miles on it. Unfortunately, the Start/Stop feature did not function properly and the engine failed. Despite my disappointment, I took charge of the situation and had the issue resolved at a cost of $11,000, which included the car note and insurance. Although the warranty did not cover the repairs, I am confident in my decision to take action and resolve the issue.

As a former Mercedes Benz customer who has tried most luxury SUVs, I can confidently say that the F-Pace is the one for me. It feels like driving a sports car on a Sedan platform - incredibly responsive, with great suspension and surprising stability. While the cockpit isn't my favorite (I think the Velar is the best right now), driving the F-Pace is more fun than the Velar, guaranteed.

This car has some issues with its electrical system and rattles from a few places, but overall it is a beautiful car that handles like a dream on the highway. The service at the dealership could be improved, but they seem to be overwhelmed with work due to the popularity of the car. Although there is a manufacturing defect with the collar surrounding the steering wheel, this does not detract from the car's overall appeal. I purchased a 2017 F-Pace, but unfortunately had trouble with the infotainment center. The dealer replaced the car with a 2018 F-Pace, which initially had some issues with the infotainment system as well. However, the dealer updated the software and it now works most of the time. I did experience some other issues, such as a cracked sunroof and a check coolant light that kept coming on. The dealer replaced the hoses and water pump, and now everything seems to be working well. I did have a small issue with the letters falling off the back of the car, but the dealer fixed it promptly. Although I did send a certified letter to Jaguar USA, I unfortunately did not receive a response. Overall, I am happy with my F-Pace and appreciate the dealer's efforts to resolve any issues that arose.

I noticed that the 2018 model has a cramped rear seat, some issues with the electrics, and headlights that are not as bright as I would like. Additionally, there is no blind-side assist. Personally, I much prefer my wife's MB GLC. I recently replaced my F-Pace with an Audi Q3.
