The 2013 Ford Fusion Hybrid is an excellent choice for those looking for a midsize family sedan in the $35,000 price range. Not only does it have a stunning design that is sure to turn heads, but it also boasts exceptional fuel efficiency, often surpassing EPA estimates of 47/47/47. The cabin is filled with high-tech gadgets that are typically reserved for more expensive cars. While there may be other hybrids that offer better MPG numbers, none can match the Fusion Hybrid's spacious, whisper-quiet, and exceptionally comfortable cabin, as well as its composed driving dynamics and class-leading fuel economy. I highly recommend taking the 2013 Ford Fusion Hybrid for a test drive. You will be pleasantly surprised by how great this car is!

I've had my car for about two weeks now and I've already put over 700 miles on it. I'm consistently getting over 40mpg and even hit 48.5mpg on a 90 mile trip! I'm confident that with more practice, I'll be able to achieve the full EPA estimate of 47mpg on a regular basis. The MyTouch system was a bit tricky to get used to at first, but it's just like any other computer - once you learn the commands and how it works, it's a breeze to use. In the short time I've had it, I've already mastered every command and found it to be a reliable tool in the car. The only features I don't have are the park assist and adaptive cruise control, but everything else works perfectly.

I love it! The car is beautiful inside and out, and it's very comfortable. I'm also happy to report that I get an average of 43MPG, even though I drive pretty fast and often exceed the MPGs. The stereo is great, and the navigation is more accurate than a smartphone. On a recent trip from SF to LA, I still had a 1/4 tank left over. Everyone is surprised by how nice the interior is, especially with the luxury package and navigation. Oh, and the brakes are great!

You made an excellent choice by special ordering your car with all the options you wanted, and it sounds like you're really enjoying it! The ride is comfortable and quiet, and you're getting great gas mileage compared to your old car. While the Ford Sync system can be a bit challenging to navigate at first, it's clear that the car was designed with both comfort and fuel efficiency in mind. The styling is fantastic, and the interior is both functional and attractive. Congratulations on your new Ford - it's a great product!

Isn't Ford amazing? I absolutely loved my 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid Limited, but the 2013 Fusion Hybrid is even better! Where do I even start? The car's style is so high-end, and I completely agree with the reviews that say it resembles Jaguar and Aston Martin. The exterior is so sleek and the interior is really nice too. I've always been a fan of the Sync system and its easy-to-use interface. The interior is spacious and provides plenty of room, making it very comfortable. It's advertised to get 47/47 mpg, but I've been getting into the 50s in city driving with ease. I've never been much for red cars, but the Ruby Red is beautiful and fits the design of the car so well!

The car's advertised fuel efficiency of 47 mpg highway is not accurate. In my experience of driving 6,500 miles over 6 months, mostly on the highway, I was only able to achieve an average of 35-37 mpg, despite my best efforts to drive efficiently. Additionally, I encountered issues with the ABS light coming on multiple times, which the dealer was unable to resolve. The Ford MyTouch system also did not meet my expectations, with the navigation system frequently freezing and becoming unusable. As a result, I decided to trade in the car after six months, incurring a loss of approximately $4k. It is important to be aware of these issues before making a purchase decision.

The Fusion looks great, but it has some reliability issues. According to the Dec 2013 Consumer Reports, Ford (especially the Fusion Hybrid) received low reliability scores. The Fusion Hybrid is one of the few cars CR expressly puts in its 'Not Recommended' category. Additionally, it has low profile tires that can rupture easily and it does not have a spare tire, which requires a tow (its inflation device might only work on punctures). The Ford Sync system does not always work, and the warning system and bright light dimmer work sporadically. Ford can be slow in supplying repair parts, and distracting warning lights erratically appear and disappear on the instrument panel. The actual MPG is 35-7, not Ford's claimed 47. Please take these factors into consideration before making a purchase decision.

I've been driving this car for about a month now, both on the highway and in the city. I have to say, I don't agree with the two previous posts about the mileage - it's complete B.S. Personally, I'm getting low 30s in the city, and that's with me paying close attention to the readout that tells you when you're in EV mode. I've also taken a couple of short trips at low highway speeds, around 60 MPH, and I kept the speed down to allow it to run in EV mode. On these trips, I got about 38 MPG. Overall, I really like the car - it's quiet, has great interior and exterior styling, and more features than I've been able to master. However, I wouldn't expect to get anywhere near 47 MPG. The EPA really needs to get their house in order.

I've been driving this car since October 2013 and have put over 70,000 miles on it. While it has had a few recalls, Ford has been working hard to address them and has recently come up with a solution for the latest one. The car's design could use some improvement, but it still runs well and has great brakes and handling. Although it may feel a bit small, it is quite comfortable. While the gas mileage is not as good as I had hoped, I still enjoy driving it. Overall, it's a decent car that could use some improvements.

At 92000 miles, my hybrid's transmission went bad. Fortunately, it was still under warranty. The dealer informed me that the warranty on the transmission would only cover the remaining 100,000 miles. They also mentioned that a new transmission from the factory would cost around $10,000. While I wouldn't buy a Ford again, my son also has a Fusion hybrid and has experienced some issues with it at 33000 miles. It seems that these cars are built in Mexico.
