This car represents great value with the outstanding deals being offered. The quality of the interior materials is above average for the class. Although it's heavy, it rolls down the road in fine style and the structure feels bank vault strong. Before purchasing the VW Phaeton, I have owned several luxury cars including Bentleys, Rolls Royces, Mercedes, Lexus, and many others. In my opinion, the VW Phaeton is just as good, if not better, than any of the others. The only drawbacks I have noticed are the poor gas mileage and the fact that the grill does not specify 'Phaeton.' However, I find it an absolute delight to drive both locally and on long trips.
