I TOOK VEHICLE TO MY MECHANIC, HE POINTED OUT THE LEAK, A PORT ON THE DRIVERS SIDE OF THE TANK THAT HAS A HOSE ATTACHED TO IT IS CRACKED. BY USING THE AUDI PARTS WEBSITE TO LOOK UP OTHER MODELS ITS EASY TO SEE THEY USE FUEL TANKS THAT HAVE THE SAME DESIGN ISSUE BUT NOT COVERED IN RECALL. PLEASE GET VW/AUDI TO INCLUDE ALL OF THEIR VEHICLES THAT HAVE THE FUEL TANKS WITH THE VALVE NIPPLES THAT HAVE PROVEN TO FAIL OVER AND OVER. Well maintained and still running! The timing belt has been changed every 90K miles, and the heating core was replaced at 280K miles. Other than that, only brakes, belts, and tires have been replaced.

Hi there! I just sold my A6 after having it for exactly 2 years. I must say, it was an amazing car in the snow and made wet roads feel like dry ones. This was by far the best feature of the car. The seating and ride were very comfortable, even more so than most BMWs I've driven. However, the main reason I decided to part ways with it was due to its lack of power. Don't get me wrong, it's not slow, but you do have to floor it to take a Camry at a stoplight. The handling is good though. One thing that really irritated me was that I couldn't have a CD changer or deck installed. The only way to listen to CDs was by buying an FM modulator ($250). Overall, it's a decent car, but it can be a bit boring. That's why I decided to switch to a 3-series now. Thanks for reading!

I chose my '97 Audi A6 for two main reasons: its AWD and the exterior design. Living in Idaho and being an avid skier, this car has no problem going up the mountains. Additionally, it looks great downtown. I particularly appreciate the flatter, more race car-like design of the '97 model, as opposed to the rounded look of most other cars on the market. The black color is also very cool. Overall, I'm really happy with my choice!

Hi there! I just wanted to share my experience with my Audi. This is actually my third Audi since 1982, and I have to say, it's the best one yet! The driveability and road feel of this car are just amazing, it really takes driving to a whole new level. The quality of the interior and exterior are just as good as any other German luxury brand out there, like BMW and Mercedes-Benz. Even after seven years, the car still looks and drives like it's brand new!

If you're looking for a car with great gas mileage or performance, this might not be the best option for you. However, the quattro system is competent for its age. Although the car is a bit complicated to work on, it has been reliable for me. I have had to change a few parts, but that's to be expected with any car. The car is spacious, but might not be the best fit for taller drivers. Overall, it's a decent car for its price range.
