- Consequence: THIS CAN CAUSE (1) AN INTERMITTENTLY INOPERATIVE BRAKE/TAIL LAMP BULB OR (2) A SHORT CIRCUIT THAT OPENS A FUSE CAUSING INOPERATIVE BRAKE LAMPS (INCLUDING THE CENTER HIGH-MOUNTED STOP LAMP) OR TAIL LAMPS. A FOLLOWING DRIVER MAY NOT KNOW WHEN THE BRAKES HAVE BEEN APPLIED, AND A REAR-END CRASH COULD OCCUR WITHOUT PRIOR WARNING.
- Remedy: DEALERS WILL INSTALL TWO NEW TAIL LAMP REINFORCING SOCKET ADAPTERS AND SOCKETS FREE OF CHARGE. THE RECALL BEGAN ON OCTOBER 17, 2005. OWNERS MAY CONTACT SATURN AT 1-800-972-8876.

This is my second Saturn and my next car will be a Saturn as well! Saturn gives me everything as those expensive cars, but without that awful sticker price! I love the comfort, style, gas mileage, and reliability of my Saturn. The service I receive when I need my car serviced is also exceptional. Everyone has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I've received many compliments on my Saturn! I highly recommend a Saturn to anyone. They are great cars! I love my Saturn!

This is my 2nd Saturn. My first has over 130,000 miles with no problems, I gave it to my daughter and bought a new 300. My SL2 is still running great and my new 300 is amazing. It has a luxury interior, feels solid, is great to drive, and is much less expensive than its competitors' cars with the same options. I love the car, but if you are looking for a quiet ride, you may want to pay more for the Accord.

I work downtown in a major city where parking lot dings are commonplace. It can be frustrating to see a huge dent left by another car, like the time an 80's Camaro door left a dent on my $30k car. However, the dent-resistant panels and luxury features make this car a great fit for me. While I could have afforded a loaded Accord or Camry, I'm glad I chose this one instead.

This is the first new car I have purchased in years. While the L-300 is a nice car, it may not be considered exceptional. It may not be in the same league as a Honda or Toyota, but it certainly provides good transportation. However, if you're looking for an American alternative to Japanese cars, this may not be the best option. Additionally, the gas mileage could be better.

I've had my car for about 9 months and I'm already considering new cars. While I love the classy design of the Saturn, I find it uncomfortable to drive for long periods of time due to limited seat movement for the driver. Despite some errors and redos during the deal, the dealership was great overall. However, the process took over 4 months to finalize, which made me quite nervous.

I've had my L300 for almost a year now and it's been great, except for when I got into an accident. Unfortunately, the body didn't hold up as well as I had hoped.
