I SUSPECT THAT GM HAS SELECTED TOO SMALL OF A VIN LISTING AND THAT THERE ARE MANY OTHERS WITH THE SAME PROBLEM. I CONTACTED CHEVROLET AT 1-800-222-1020 AND THEY BASICALLY SAID " IT IS NOT ON THE VIN LIST - SORRY". THEY MADE A FILE FOR MY CALL - IT IS FILE # C02791138. THAT WAS DONE TODAY, 1/8/01.*AK
