The Dodge Grand Caravan is an excellent van for the money, offering plenty of features despite not having all the latest bells and whistles. It meets my needs perfectly with its smooth and quiet ride, comfortable seats, and ample room and versatility, especially with the Stow-N-Go rear seats. While some professional reviewers may pick on it, I can confidently say that the 2019 model is a significant improvement from the 2010 version. It has a different engine, brakes, dash, interior, grill, tailgate, and suspension components, and it also gets much better mileage. If you're in the market for a van, I highly recommend checking it out before it's gone. Unfortunately, 2020 marks the last year that they are making the Dodge Grand Caravan.

This is our second caravan and trust me, it's a great value at ten grand or more below the competition. It has plenty of power for a mini van, plenty of room for the family, plenty of storage below and behind the seats, and plenty of room for those of us who aren't tiny. Overall, it offers plenty of savings.

Congratulations on your new van purchase! It sounds like you got a great deal with only cosmetic damage and low mileage. While adjusting to the new features, such as the shift lever on the dash and the leather/vinyl seats, can be a challenge, it's great to hear that you're rolling with the changes. It's also good to know that the van is powerful, quiet, and fuel-efficient. Although it didn't come with an owner's manual, it's great that you've ordered one to learn more about the features. It's understandable to have second thoughts about changing from your reliable old van, but this new van seems like the perfect vehicle for your upcoming long trips. Overall, it's great to hear that you're satisfied with your purchase after two weeks. Enjoy your new van!

This vehicle's fuel efficiency is severely lacking, averaging only 220 km on a full tank and about 10 to 11 miles per gallon. Despite bringing it back to the dealer, I was told that there is nothing wrong. However, I am confident that this issue can be resolved and I will continue to seek a solution. In the future, I will consider other options before purchasing this product again.

Our spacious vehicle comfortably seats up to 7 people. However, we understand that the ride quality has not met your expectations. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the noise from the rear suspension in both your new 2019 and pre-owned 2018 Grand Caravans. We appreciate your feedback and will work to address this issue.

I recently had some trouble with the automatic doors on my 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan. Despite visiting the dealership, the issue could not be resolved, so I decided to trade it in for a 2019 model. Unfortunately, I still experienced the same issues with the new car, and I am disappointed that neither the dealership nor Dodge seem to be taking my concerns seriously. During a recent visit to the service department, the head of the department did not seem interested in investigating the issue, despite the fact that the problem was occurring right in front of him. I have been trying to get Dodge involved to help resolve the issue, but have been met with unhelpful responses and a lack of support. It is frustrating to have lost money on the previous car and now be faced with the prospect of losing more. I hope that Dodge will take my concerns seriously and work with me to find a solution.

As someone who previously owned a 2006 Toyota Sienna for 13 years, I have to say that I hope the Pacifica is a better car than the Grand Caravan. When my Audi was in for service, the dealer had to rent one and I drove it for 100 miles. Here are my first impressions: The infotainment system is better than Audi's and easy to operate. Acceleration is okay and remote start is included. However, the engine is very noisy under acceleration, the steering is very stiff, and the accelerator is touchy. In three days, I could not get a smooth start from a stop. The transmission is not a smooth shifter and downshifting produced no effect until reaching 3rd gear. You must go very slowly down the gears and the transmission does not revert to drive mode after downshifting to a stop. You must manually row up the gears, otherwise, it holds in the lowest gear selected. The radio controls on the rear of the steering wheel spokes, where paddle shifters are on other cars, took time to acclimate to.

I have rented this car twice and unfortunately, both times have been a disappointing experience. The second row seats were uncomfortable for my young children and lacked proper cushioning. Additionally, the car's decor and features were lacking and the interior was not aesthetically pleasing. The car also had some issues with taking off smoothly and the second row doors did not always close properly. Overall, I believe there is room for improvement in the design and functionality of this car.
