MERCEDES 170S D VAN / SLOT CLASSIC
The first model of the Transport Series
Two days ago we exclusively discovered the news of the Slot Classic range, directed by Ángel Jiménez, which is why the collection has AJ-XX as a reference to differentiate it from the Slot Classic collection that is referred to as CJ-XX, an acronym for César Jimenez.
The first model, which according to Slot Classic itself has practically sold out of pre-reserves, is the Mercedes 170S-D Van, the vehicle owned by the five-time F1 World Champion, Juan Manuel Fangio, at his official Mercedes dealer in Buenos Aires in 1954. It is a model made of resin at 1:32 scale for slot, RTR, in a limited edition of 200 units.
This model is delivered in a new blue box, with a print by Diego Serrano and a brochure with the vehicle's historical information, as well as a facsimile of the advertisement for the model at the time.
Let's remember that this new range of Slot Classic, Slot Classic Transport, is an independent line of the brand.
